Hey guys! I'm about to turn 20, 130 pounds and 5'8". Right now, I'm a 32A in bras, XS in bralettes and I've always wanted a breast aug just to feel normal and fill out clothes and bathing suits. I'm getting 350cc high profile silicone (mentor) under the muscle, inframmary incision. I included a few before pictures!

A lot of my friends and others who find out about my surgery have been telling me that I'm too young or I'm fine the way I am, and everyone is entitled to their opinion but they don't understand that I have always been so self conscious, wearing add 2 cup bras even to bed because I couldn't stand to look at myself. I'm having surgery for only myself, so I can feel comfortable and beautiful in my own skin, instead of feeling like I look like a young boy. People wear makeup or change their hair color to feel better about themselves, I'm changing the way I look too, not here to be a stripper just trying to not hate the way I look anymore ;) I'm paying for this all myself, and it's something I could not be more excited about, thanks for all the support!

You made the right decision for yourself and that’s all that matters!!! Although the surgery looks like it went very well and I’m sure you are getting a lot of looks no matter what you wear ;)

I love your motivation! I am scheduled for this coming Wednesday and my only supporter (hubby) is now throwing in my face how this is probably not the best idea after it’s all been paid for. I am easily influenced by negative comments but I am trying my hardest to maintain positive! You look Awesome!!!

Hey guys!! Had surgery at 8am this morning, was prescribed 4 different things for nausea, muscle relaxers, ibuprofen and a narcotic. I was give TIVA for anesthesia and woke up about 2 hours later feeling groggy but not nauseous at all! Boobs are huge and super high and super tight but I can already tell they're amazing :) pain is tolerable, just feels super tight and like someone is sitting on my chest but other than that I feel great. My PS gave me shots of novocain in my boobs too. Will update with pics tomorrow!
