Worried about size and shape!

WORTH IT
I know most women wish they had gone bigger. I'm worried that I look too big! I realize they have a lot of dropping and changing to do until the final outcome. However, I really wanted to be a big B or small C and I feel I'm looking a lot bigger than that right now. In clothes they don't look too big but I feel naked there's a lot going on... My fear is that a lot of people say they appear bigger after the drop and fluff and I want mine to appear smaller. I realize the irony of this but that's just how I'm feeling right now. One is still a lot bigger and higher than the other and my nipples are still pretty low. Is this normal? I also have a lot of swelling and bruising in my arm pit under the one that is larger and higher. Is that normal? Any thoughts how they look for a little less than a week out?

Post Op Day 4 - First follow-up viist

The last two days have been surprisingly easy. I even went out to dinner with friends last night and it was great to get out of the house. I haven't taken any pain medicine since the day after surgery. I had my post-op visit this morning with Dr. Kalus so it was my first chance to see my new additions. One has dropped more than the other so I need to continue to wear the band for at least another week to get them to drop more. I was prepared they would look wonky so I wasn't shocked but I look forward to seeing them progress. Still taking my vitamins, and drinking lots of water. As you can see from the pics I clearly I have a lot of stomach bloat but I'm hoping that will start to shrink back down.

Post OP day one

My biggest complaint of all things is my back! I have a memory foam wedge pillow I slept on last night to keep me on my back and elevated. I woke up with my back being pretty sore. I got up and sat on the couch for awhile with a heating pad and that seemed to help. I also called the nurse today to see if I had to take my pain meds and muscle relaxant since there is little discomfort. She explained that once the nerve block wears off that I may have more discomfort. So my plan is to only take them morning and tonight and hopefully just go to Tylenol after that. I'm also taking a bunch of vitamins -- a multivitamin, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, magnesium, vitamin K, calcium, biotin, B complex and probiotics. I'm also taking grape seed extract, arnica and Bromelain w/ quercitin to help with healing. I won't be able to see what they look like until Thursday at my follow-up appointment. I have been given strict instructions not to remove the bandages before then. Can't wait to see them!
