Just wanted to say I'm feeling so good and doing so well that I went back to work today, just 2 weeks and 1 day post op. I do office work with no lifting. I am ecstatic with my results and just love the work Dr. Baxter did! I am so happy with the scar line, he did amazing work and I would highly recommend him. I see some pretty jagged wierd scar lines on some posts and it just makes me glad my surgeon was so experienced and the results show it!

The Recovery wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I had help for the first six days, and was feeling good. It's the stooped over walking that got to me. My back was really sore. I'm walking upright now and that helps a lot. Here,s some pics. My husband is delighted with the results, which is cute and it's early and will get better.

Thank you for paying it forward and sharing your experience! What supplies have helped you as you've been recovering?

A lift recliner really is helpful for the first week, and a cane for walking when you are stooped over. What I really used was a small squishy bead filled pillow to cushion my arms when sitting.

Finally time for me to do some things for myself ...
Finally time for me to do some things for myself I have always hated my belly button since my tubal ligation with my 3rd child and the OB/Gyn ruined it. After losing some weight I decided now was the time. I work out a lot and feel I never see the results with my stomach the way it is now. I decided to do the BA also at the same time. Ladies, google your Dr, and look several pages down, I had a consult with one Dr in Kirkland, who turned out to have some addiction problems. Very scarey. Dr. Baxter has very good credentials and I had a friend who used him and was very pleased with the results. I tried to get an apt with Dr. Rand in Bellevue, but his receptionist said I would have to lose 10 lbs before he would see me. I ended up having 3 consults and chose Dr. Baxter. I have been so helped by others who chose to share in Real Self, so I decided to share my experience also.

Hi, I would love to hear more from you. What are your stats, height and weight? What all are you getting done? I'm 12days out from my surgery. Was going for BA and TT but now just TT. I just decided to not have the BA and feeling good about my decision. I'm an older gal and love hearing from the ladies in their 50's!!

I am 5 ft 5 in and 158. I had a BA, TT and lipo to the flanks. I wasn't sure about the BA, but I'm glad I did. I saw everthing for the first time at the Dr's office yesterday with my husband and we were both amazed at how good it looks. I hope to post pics soon. One thing I found was very helpful was the lift recliner. Good luck!
