No major updates or changes but here are some more photos and some in clothing. Excuse the messy room I’ve just moved home and it’s also 30+ degrees here in the uk so I was very hot taking the photos (nipples never look as good when hot in my opinion lol). Scars are still purple so hoping they become more silver as time goes on. Let me know if you have any questions! The black bra is marks and spencer non padded size 32C and the nude is boux avenue padded and size 32D.

Hopefully this video uploads but I think it gives a better feel than photos for what they actually look like. They are much much softer than they were at the start and feel 100% like my own now. I am rubbing in scar gel (kelo cote) twice a day and still wear my post surgery bras at night.

Thank you for sharing this it’s very helpful. I’m considering the same size and surgeon. If mine turn out like yours I’d be delighted, you look perfect!

Aww thank you!! Let me know if you have any questions. I highly recommend the clinic and surgeon! Made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout

hey what was your BWD or breast width diameter ? was your implant smaller ?
August 2, 2022
Hey my BWD was 11.5cm so my implants were slightly smaller. I wrote all my stats in my first post by I think real self has deleted ;(
August 2, 2022
Just to clarify incase you don’t know, motiva Demi 265 implants are 11cm :)

Your vid looks great! They look soft. Altho, do u have any regrets not going bigger? Not sure if going bigger will result in visibly less soft results? I just did mine and they are smaller than expected despite still in the swollen stage. :/
August 2, 2022
Hey, I don’t regret not going bigger, I love the look of natural and smaller boobs but I am slim on top so knew huge boobs wouldn’t look right in my opinion! If you have gone under the muscle the implants will take much longer to stretch the skin and muscle and drop, hopefully you are happy with them now you are more healed xx

You look absolutely great! I’m also considering the same size and also the surgeon if you could please upload a picture wearing a tank top or something with no bra that would be extremely helpful as I’m worried about what they would look like with clothes on as I have a similar body type to yours and thanks for the very helpful review!

I have finally reached my 6 week post op point! I saw my surgeon and was cleared to do all activities including heavy lifting. Apparently the implants still have a bit to soften and relax, the scar is a few mm away from my crease so hoping they eventually go into the crease so you can’t see them as much. Really small scars around 3cm long.
I got measured and went bra shopping at the weekend and I am a 30D or 30DD depending on the shop and bra style! I think I’ve been wearing a 32 almost of my life because a lot of shops don’t do size 30 unfortunately. Overall I am very happy with the results, sometimes I wish they were a bit closer together the implants so I had more cleavage but I think that was my anatomy before. I have 0 pain or discomfort and can do everything I normally could before. So happy I went ahead with this! Clothes look so much better now I have some boobs in them and im not constantly worrying I look flat chested! Also very happy I went over the muscle, as you can see they look very natural even though I had very little breast tissue before. In my opinion it is better for your body not having a muscle cut into and also a quicker recovery. Let me know if you would like any more information or additional photos, happy to help :)

Hey, first of all congratulations, you look great with this size!
I am also thinking about to choose something between 240 and 265 also Motiva ergonomix over the muscle. I was wondering, have you talked to the doctor about the higher risk of contractular capsule and the breasts dropping sooner with this over the muscle placement? these risks make me think of having the implants placed under the muscle, but I also wouldn't want to cut the muscle. Could you please tell me how the doctor tackled the issues I mentioned? Thanks a lot and enjoy your new boobs !

Hey, thank you!! We spoke about the risks and he told me the exact chances of CC but I can’t remember I’m sorry! He did explain the risks and I believe that the revision is free if this does happen which reassured me. I also think the motiva implants have something on the back of them which works against any implant dropping, I think the fact they aren’t smooth helps this as well. Good luck choosing your size etc! Let me know if you have anymore questions x

Thank you very much for the reply! So, the risks vary according to the size of the cc if I understood well?
Also I would like to ask you how much did you pay for the surgery if you don't mind telling me.

Hey! So I think the risk is known and explained at your consultation, I don’t think it’s related to implant size at all! Of course I don’t mind, I have added the price but for some reason it’s not showing, so it was £6,735 for the surgery and then an extra £150 for a covid test x

You look amazing. I am 8 days post op and have motiva ergonomix 265 as well. I am afraid its too big, did yours become smaller after the swelling, and can you please show me some more Photos?

Thank you! I would say they definitely reduced in size slightly and also softened a lot which made them feel smaller and more part of my body. At around 6 weeks they feel more you so I would say try not to stress as much as possible. I know it’s really hard, I was very anxious and constantly looking at them and being super critical of them. Some things that helped me were to stop comparing myself to others and looking online, be thankful that I have actual boobs now and to know that they will look better as time goes on. I have uploaded a video so hopefully you can see that soon. I’m sure they are not too big for you and they will settle in perfectly over the next few months xxx let me know if you have any more questions x

I really appreciate you taking the time to answer me. I really hope they get smaller. Can I ask you what size your surgery bra is and are you still the same size? My surgery bra is 75 B cup. Thank you so much!!
April 21, 2022
You’re welcome! My post surgery bra was a size small so didn’t have a cup size x

Hello, I was reading your post with interest and wondered if I could ask you if are now happy with the size of your implants? I’m struggling to decide on my size and was thinking the biggest would
Be 260cc but am not sure. It’s so hard to decide. Why did you feel they were too big? I’m short 4ft 11 and have a small frame. Thank you

Hello,
I am happy with my size, it was another girl “anozira” that commented and was worried she had gone too big so it may be worth messaging her. I would say 260 for your frame would be on the bigger side but not huge. I think it depends on you as a person and whether you would be happier with boobs on the larger side of what you would have ideally or on the smaller side. For me personally, I’ve always preferred smaller looking boobs so went with a smaller implant. The biggest I could have gone was 285 so 265 seemed like a good fit. The placement of the implant is also very important, behind the muscle will always look smaller. Hope that helps!

I’m a bit taller than you, 171cm/58kg/ BWD 12, and want very small/sporty but still big enough to fit my frame.
After 1st consultation I was about to go 245demi but I felt insecure about size and now after 2nd appointment I’m going 220mini but over muscle.
It is difficult to find small done over, and I really LOVE her result and how they look still natural. (so many saying the only way get natural result is going under the muscle…)
He tells them still look nice and not too “bombshell” because the small size of implant.
May I ask what made you want going over muscle?
I was also torn between mini and Demi and initially I was sure I wanted mini but when I went to my appointment my BWD was only 11cm so the max size mini would have just been 220cc which was too small in my opinion! I’m glad I went with Demi in the end as now they have settled and become more part of me I think they suit my frame well. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Have you been happy with going over muscle? They seems settled very well and not look “too round”.
Like you, I do lots of sports. Gym, yoga, Pilates.. and I’m actually instructor so doctor recommended going over the muscle. I was so scared it would look too big or fake, so we first agreed to go under instead. BUT couldn’t stop thinking of if I’m risking too much and went to second consultation with same doctor and discuss more about my wishes and “fears” :-D
That was a good appointment and now I’m getting mini profile and over the muscle. Even I don’t have a lot tissue, like you, small implants over the muscle wouldn’t look “too much”.
I do actually have my appointment already coming up next week!
Happy new year!
