First breast aug overfilled saline right 500cc left 450cc. Overall decent size and shape from 32a natural breast size no kids/ breastfeeding (skin had to do a lot of stretching and have tuberous breast shape). Will be undergoing a revision in a week to motiva implants paired with a lift to improve shape and nipple placement.

Pre op: be very specific to your PS regarding what your goals are! (Size/shape/feel/nipple placement) and post op: take off a few days before surgery from school/work to prep and de stress and just overall stay positive, Your immediate results are not indicative of the final result.

No I didn’t ! Of course drains are always a possibility but dr z and his team rarely use them. I also had lipo on back and flanks and no drains needed there either. You are in great hands with DrZ! I am feeling great 4 days post op.

Im in the motiva study too, they honestly feel amazing it’s so worth it! I did the full profile option for motiva. Corsé (their highest projection) intrigues me but he said it hasn’t gotten good reviews so I went with next step down. Did you decide on what profile you’re doing yet?

I had my Pre-op today . I’m devastated- nurse said I cannot be in trial because the doctor is using stratice ... I am so upset . I won’t see dr Z to talk to him about it for 2 weeks . I’m literally just numb .

I am so sorry to hear that hun. I hope that when you see Dr.Z in a couple weeks you are able to come up with a game plan together that will get you the results you are wanting while also being surgically compliant. I can only imagine how devastated you’re feeling after your pre op apt now, I understand and can relate somewhat as I had my heart set on 700cc but after my pre op had to face the facts that I would be at severe risk for symmastia at that volume and was a wreck over it since I had been thinking in my head I’m getting my goal size over and over like a mantra for weeks. Dr.Z will make sure you are happy and look and feel amazing in the end! I hope you feel better after you have had time to process the info and try to stay calm over the next couple weeks. Keep me posted!

Thank you for he kind words ❤️ I made an appointment to discuss everything with him on the 4th . I am now thinking removal and fat transfer... I cannot go through another bout of cc , emotionaly or financially.

Not guna lie the pain/nausea is rough at times (mostly from the liposuction/ the breast lift/implant exchange pain in very tolerable.) I am already LOVING my results and am pleasantly surprised at how good I feel as far as overall pain/ bruising. Can’t wait to see how they fluff and settle!

Nausea is ???? better. That is always the worst part of recovery for me. I have replaced most of my narcotic pain meds with Tylenol but now experiencing the dreaded narcotic constipation situation. My bruising from the lift/ implant exchange is improving! However I’m pretty swollen from the lipo but keep using the hotpacks and anti inflammatory meds, it’s nothing unbearable and I can move around easily compared to day 1. Still no lifting / pushing / pulling anything over 5 lbs of course but I can adjust my own pillows haha yay. I have a post op appointment with Dr.Z on Friday and will update pics then! ??
