Natrelle saline overs implant exchange to motiva with lift

Sorry for the delayed updates I had been feeling awesome then tried to do a lil too much activity because I felt so great then my swelling/ pain crept back up almost worse than it had been the whole journey. Today I got most of my sutures our (except those around the nipple from the lift) and was cleared to go bra shopping (with an approved list of choices of course).

Nausea is ???? better. That is always the worst part of recovery for me. I have replaced most of my narcotic pain meds with Tylenol but now experiencing the dreaded narcotic constipation situation. My bruising from the lift/ implant exchange is improving! However I’m pretty swollen from the lipo but keep using the hotpacks and anti inflammatory meds, it’s nothing unbearable and I can move around easily compared to day 1. Still no lifting / pushing / pulling anything over 5 lbs of course but I can adjust my own pillows haha yay. I have a post op appointment with Dr.Z on Friday and will update pics then! ??

Not guna lie the pain/nausea is rough at times (mostly from the liposuction/ the breast lift/implant exchange pain in very tolerable.) I am already LOVING my results and am pleasantly surprised at how good I feel as far as overall pain/ bruising. Can’t wait to see how they fluff and settle!
