This site helped me immensely when deciding to do this so hoping giving back and sharing my experience!
Location: Brisbane
Surgeon: Dr. Philip Richardsonn (BPCS)
Surgery date: 10th August.
Implant type: Motiva Round Ergonomix, High profile, L375cc/R426cc to correct asymmetry.
Placement: Subglandular was decided to be the best placement as I had slightly underdeveloped breasts and an extremely active lifestyle (lifting heavy weights etc).
So far only 2 days post op and I am in love with them already. Can't wait to see them progress over the coming weeks. Experience so far with Dr. Phil and BPCS has been really great. Dr. Phil makes you feel very comfortable with his huge amount of experience and the nurse staff are very comforting and assist in the decision-making process. Very easy access to South-Bank day hospital and the care there was outstanding. Pain medication provided for post-op in ample and I managing pain well and had a very good sleep. My top tips so far are:
- don't skimp on a pillow for sleeping upright at night for the first week. I bought an excellent memory foam one and it has made ALL the difference (plus throw in a neck pillow)
- be religious with your icing routine
- use your legs to get up (no arms allowed haha)
- stay ahead of pain relief before it subsides to be as comfortable as possible.
Hope this helps and I will throw some pics up!

2 weeks post op today.
Slowly dropping at slightly different rates.
Very excited to see what the 6 week result will be.
Swelling has gone down a lot and bruising starting to yellow and clear up.
Definitely feeling a lot more comfortable using upper body and getting around no worries but still taking it very easy!
Tried on some of my old tops and was ecstatic to see how amazing they look now!

You have managed to correct your asymestry , get a bust which is more in harmony with your hips and your athletic look, and add a touch a feminity to your body.
By the way, thanks for the advice : I have bought 3 memory foam pillows. I am used to sleeping on a memory foam mattress and love this soft sensation which reduces pressure. I think that it can help a lot sleep well with the implants. I am used to sleep on my side or my belly so I think it will be nice to have this kind of stuff for the period during which I will have to sleep on my back. I am aiming at 475 cc Demi Motiva over the muscle. I have a very large base (18,5 cm) so I have to take a wider implant than yours to have a nice cleavage. I am 55 kg and 159 cm tall.
Thank you I am very happy I am so glad I did it!
Yes the pillows will definitely help! Anything you can do to make the process more comfortable is worth it.
I'm sure you will get a great result! I love the motiva implants, they feel AMAZING!
Good luck with your surgery and recovery and most of all enjoy your new boobs! :D
