Implant Exchange – from Mentor 430cc Ultra High to Motiva Ergonomix 205cc Demi

Nine years ago, when I was 18, I had my first breast augmentation. Unfortunately, I didn’t do much research on surgeons and just went with the first one I found. Since I was very flat-chested, I think I was more driven by the excitement of “finally having something” than by what I truly wanted.
We never really discussed the amount of cc’s or agreed on a specific size, but I do remember asking for something proportional to my body. I ended up with 430cc Mentor implants ultra-high profile. Clearly, the result was not proportional, since I’m very slim. On top of that, I was left with two more issues: large, visible scars and uneven nipples.
Over the years I’ve noticed several things that have bothered me: unwanted stares from men at my boobs even when I wasn’t showing cleavage, my bust looking overly prominent whenever I wore fitted tops, and my higher nipple sometimes sticking out of the bra.
That’s why I decided to switch to something smaller and better suited to my frame. This time, I visited several surgeons and chose the one who I felt truly understood what I wanted. He was also the only one who showed me a 3D simulation of my own case, which really helped me visualize the results and feel confident in my decision.
Based on my measurements, the Dr. explained that my breast base should be 10 cm; that’s why he recommended implants between 205cc and 230cc at most. I chose 205cc Motiva Ergonomix Demi because now I’m looking for a much more natural look and feel. The scars will also be corrected so they fall under the breast fold, and the nipple position will be adjusted so they’re even.
I’m sharing my measurements in case they’re helpful for reference:
• Height: 1.58 m – 5’2’’
• Weight: 44 kg – 97 lbs
My current bra size is 32C, and my goal is to be a 32B.
