BA + Fat Transfer with New Motiva Implants

WORTH IT
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Anna! I got 230cc Motiva ergonomix OTM minis. I chose Dr. Anna because of her ability to quickly build trust and make me feel calm/confident in the procedure and her expertise. The day of surgery, my nerves were put at ease, and I woke up with only mild discomfort (truly, no pain!)
I wanted to minimize recovery time, so Dr. Anna helped me adjust my original BA goals given the new release of the motivas. Also, because of the motivas technology, I was able to qualify for OTM (subfascial) implants, which was less invasive and preferred for me.
Less than 24 hours after surgery, I was out to dinner with a friend. My surgery was on a Saturday, but I probably could have gone back to work the next day! I’m 6 DPO today, and feeling absolutely amazing. Overall this was a huge success and really worth it for me!

I am thinking of doing mini motiva over the muscle too! Would you let me know if you have any issue with otm… like rippling or feeling the implant?

Yes! I’m 5’2” and 110/115 pounds.
No rippling whatsoever. Right now, since I’m less than 2 weeks post op, they’re still a little tight, but I can already feel them softening. I think they will feel super natural in only a few short weeks! Loving the progress so far.

Also, it’s worth mentioning that I did a little bit of fat transfer on top of the implant to soften aesthetic lines/hide any potential borders of the implant. I also think that helped immensely!
