i had my 21 year old round 300cc implants exchanged to a 425cc ergonomic demi. I am 4 weeks post op and devastated they are droopy saggy and flat i will be going for a revision asap to round high profile

i am so upset at my results and felt pushed into these but they look worse than my before and i have zero cleavage.

if you want stand out results and perky breasts i definately do not recommend these feel like i’ve wasted my money and wasn’t listened to and i will now have to risk a second op, take more time from work and go through the whole thing again at cost

Yes. I LOVE them. I think it took me ages to accept them as they were very different to my old ones which were very fond and hard. They suit my body and frame perfectly. they look great and they are flattering. they are big and perkyish as much as they can be for a 44 year old with no uplift but they don’t look too fake or like stuck on balls. I am very happy now and glad i didn’t change. i think the biggest adjustment after any op is allowing yourself time to adjust to your new body and all the emotions you go through x

That is so good to hear as I am 2.5weeks post op with exactly the same 425cc ergo Demi motiva, after exchanging 25yo round implants that had capsular contracture that had turned into balls, they were 380cc with similar dimensions as the 425cc Demi ergo motiva. However I feel devastated with the new ones as I also feel they are droopy and that I have no projection and feel like I look like I’ve had a reduction. I have cleavage now, that I never had but I just feel so small in tops from the side. I’m 48yo and never been one to wear low tops as was always hiding the rigid capsular shape. I just feel devastated right now as I knew I should’ve gone with 475cc and I’m missing the side projection from my previous balls!!

I’m 4.5 weeks post op and still not loving them. So disappointed I’ve spent so much money to be miserable with the results. They just have so little projection from the side and they are saggy and I had previous implants so it’s not the weight of them.. what did you end up loving about them and how long did it take you to get use to them? I’m thinking of spending another fortune and have a revision in 6mths if still unhappy.
