Initially, I made a consultation with a surgeon, let’s call him Mr T, it did not go how I expected it to. I already did a lot of research on this procedure and I knew I wanted the motiva ergonomix implants as they had the most natural look in my opinion, and I really liked the way they moved hence their “ergonomic” name. During my consultation with Mr T, he tried to convince me to not get the ergonomic and instead go with the mentor implants in a specific type and size. When I tried on the sizers I really liked the 300cc size so that is what I wanted in the ergonomic Demi, this surgeon kept trying to convince me to not get this brand of implants by saying things like “they’re not FDA approved” (they were FDA approved in 2024, which as a breast augmentation surgeon, he should have known this). He also said things such as “the implants have a high risk of being displaced” and “there’s a high risk of capsular contracture with this implant type” … all of which I had did my own research and knew this was BS. It was a huge red flag that he wanted to use the mentor implants so strongly and I believe it may be due to the common theme of surgeons bulk buying implants for a cheaper cost. I went to another consultation with a different surgeon still with pall mall, let’s call him Mr H, he had a good reputation already as he has done a few famous people in the U.K. and so his waiting list was really long. I had also seen his before and afters and his results were always appealing to me. I tried on sizers again at his consultation and it was between 300cc Demi and 355cc high profile motiva ergonomix for me. In the end I went with the 355cc as I know implants look a bit smaller if they go under the muscle (I had dual plane) and also I like the look of high profile implants as I wanted cleavage. So I will post my journey here to show how my boobs settled in the following months after my surgery
Updated on 20 Jan 2026:
This was my pre-op boobs, I was 5ft 1”, 47/48kg here, had very very little breast tissue and they were slightly uneven (which I was okay with the unevenness as it was barely noticeable so I didn’t opt for adjusting the nipples or anything)

This is what they looked like a couple of hours after surgery, the swelling had already started and was quite bad in the top of each implant, the doctor told me this was normal as he had put them quite high up under my muscle (I had dual plane)
Updated on 20 Jan 2026:
Swelling made my implants look really hard and square, the first few weeks were definitely the worst in terms of how they looked but it was worth it and they continued to look better over the coming months
Updated on 20 Jan 2026:
The swelling had started to move down into my abdomen area at this point and I could feel the extra fluid swishing around in my abs area, it was strange hahaha, the swelling didn’t get any worse at this point and the implants started to change shape at this point aswell (slightly)

One implant dropped faster than the other, as you can see one is more round and soft while the other is still square and swollen, it had always been the more swollen implant since the surgery, and it was also the naturally smaller breast pre op as well
Updated on 20 Jan 2026:
Around 6 weeks post op I started to gently massage the breast that was more swollen and gently try to push the fluid down until it was even with the right breast, my surgeon did not see me post op as pall mall must have forgotten to make a post op appointment with me, but I did see the nurse and although they didn’t recommend massaging specifically, I did my own research and did it gently only for a minute for a couple weeks until the breasts were even as you can see in this picture they are more on the same level now so I stopped at this point

They look much softer, I noticed changes month by month, they get softer, and drop and fluff beautifully each month, I stopped taking as many photos at this point because this was when I started really liking them and I was just enjoying them rather than be fixated on analysing them

They are softer and the swelling has reduced about 95% I’d say, I’m still waiting for 1 year post op to see the final true results (also I know my nipples are uneven, they were like this pre op and I’m fine with it)
