355cc Motiva Ergonomix at Pall Mall Manchester UK

Initially, I made a consultation with a surgeon, let’s call him Mr T, it did not go how I expected it to. I already did a lot of research on this procedure and I knew I wanted the motiva ergonomix implants as they had the most natural look in my opinion, and I really liked the way they moved hence their “ergonomic” name. During my consultation with Mr T, he tried to convince me to not get the ergonomic and instead go with the mentor implants in a specific type and size. When I tried on the sizers I really liked the 300cc size so that is what I wanted in the ergonomic Demi, this surgeon kept trying to convince me to not get this brand of implants by saying things like “they’re not FDA approved” (they were FDA approved in 2024, which as a breast augmentation surgeon, he should have known this). He also said things such as “the implants have a high risk of being displaced” and “there’s a high risk of capsular contracture with this implant type” … all of which I had did my own research and knew this was BS. It was a huge red flag that he wanted to use the mentor implants so strongly and I believe it may be due to the common theme of surgeons bulk buying implants for a cheaper cost. I went to another consultation with a different surgeon still with pall mall, let’s call him Mr H, he had a good reputation already as he has done a few famous people in the U.K. and so his waiting list was really long. I had also seen his before and afters and his results were always appealing to me. I tried on sizers again at his consultation and it was between 300cc Demi and 355cc high profile motiva ergonomix for me. In the end I went with the 355cc as I know implants look a bit smaller if they go under the muscle (I had dual plane) and also I like the look of high profile implants as I wanted cleavage. So I will post my journey here to show how my boobs settled in the following months after my surgery Updated on 20 Jan 2026: This was my pre-op boobs, I was 5ft 1”, 47/48kg here, had very very little breast tissue and they were slightly uneven (which I was okay with the unevenness as it was barely noticeable so I didn’t opt for adjusting the nipples or anything) Updated on 20 Jan 2026: This is what they looked like a couple of hours after surgery, the swelling had already started and was quite bad in the top of each implant, the doctor told me this was normal as he had put them quite high up under my muscle (I had dual plane) Updated on 20 Jan 2026: Swelling made my implants look really hard and square, the first few weeks were definitely the worst in terms of how they looked but it was worth it and they continued to look better over the coming months Updated on 20 Jan 2026: The swelling had started to move down into my abdomen area at this point and I could feel the extra fluid swishing around in my abs area, it was strange hahaha, the swelling didn’t get any worse at this point and the implants started to change shape at this point aswell (slightly) Updated on 20 Jan 2026: One implant dropped faster than the other, as you can see one is more round and soft while the other is still square and swollen, it had always been the more swollen implant since the surgery, and it was also the naturally smaller breast pre op as well Updated on 20 Jan 2026: Around 6 weeks post op I started to gently massage the breast that was more swollen and gently try to push the fluid down until it was even with the right breast, my surgeon did not see me post op as pall mall must have forgotten to make a post op appointment with me, but I did see the nurse and although they didn’t recommend massaging specifically, I did my own research and did it gently only for a minute for a couple weeks until the breasts were even as you can see in this picture they are more on the same level now so I stopped at this point Updated on 20 Jan 2026: They look much softer, I noticed changes month by month, they get softer, and drop and fluff beautifully each month, I stopped taking as many photos at this point because this was when I started really liking them and I was just enjoying them rather than be fixated on analysing them Updated on 20 Jan 2026: They look much softer, I noticed changes month by month, they get softer, and drop and fluff beautifully each month, I stopped taking as many photos at this point because this was when I started really liking them and I was just enjoying them rather than be fixated on analysing them Updated on 20 Jan 2026: They are softer and the swelling has reduced about 95% I’d say, I’m still waiting for 1 year post op to see the final true results (also I know my nipples are uneven, they were like this pre op and I’m fine with it)

Ergonomix Demi 425cc. Do Not Recommend

i had my 21 year old round 300cc implants exchanged to a 425cc ergonomic demi. I am 4 weeks post op and devastated they are droopy saggy and flat i will be going for a revision asap to round high profile i am so upset at my results and felt pushed into these but they look worse than my before and i have zero cleavage. if you want stand out results and perky breasts i definately do not recommend these feel like i’ve wasted my money and wasn’t listened to and i will now have to risk a second op, take more time from work and go through the whole thing again at cost

Petite, 11.5cm wide breast & chose 245cc for a more natural look

After 2 kids and over 15 years to thinking finally I decided to get my breast augmentation surgery. After little Dutch I found one of the best plastic surgeon in Uk north west. The surgery went by so fast for me. The nurses prepped me, talked to me and then the next thing I knew I woke up, and it was done. I was sick but get another injection I was fine. I didn’t not really feel pain I slept through almost the rest of the day. From that day I was fine, I would say is more like muscle pain after a long hard workout. So for me wasn’t anything different. I have 11.5cm wide breast so for this the dr suggest me a 300cc but I wanted more natural look and choose 245cc, and I think I will be happy with it once I gonna see full as I’m a petite person and the look I was going for want super boob-y, haha! Updated on 12 Feb 2023: 16 days post up. I’m happy with the results. I tried my bras, only 1 good the rest I need to change for a bigger size. I will update later what size will fit. I guess is a full cup B, before I had A75 I guess.

Mini Tummy Tuck with Breast Uplift and Implants

Hi, I’m having surgery on 15/03/21- all booked and paid for and now the nerves are really starting to kick in. I’ve trawled this site for weeks since my initial consultation looking at before and after photos. I’m a mum of 2 and since my first pregnancy I’ve suffered from excess skin on my tummy and saggy boobs following breast feeding. I am slim and in clothes I imagine people think I’ve got a good figure- I feel like I constantly try to hold my tummy in when wearing tight clothes and on nights out always resort to the good old spanx! I’m in UK and notice there are very limited reviews on here from England so thought I’d use his platform to document my story. I would really appreciate any tips from others in Uk about what to buy for recovery and where from- the reviews from USA are great but most of the things listed are not available here. If I get the courage I will post some before pics. Would welcome any recommendations for other forum/chats x Updated on 30 Apr 2021: So my surgery on 15th March did not go ahead due to incompetence of Pall Mall Medical staff. Avoid this place. After contacting Dr Siddiqui directly and speaking to his fantastic secretary Rachel I was booked in for surgery with him on 28th April. I am now 2 days PO and feeling ok. I will upload some pics although all tape still on so I can’t see scars just yet. Pain relief wise I am just keeping on top of codeine and paracetamol and have had tramadol at night but still finding it difficult to sleep. Any questions please ask- happy to help anyone if I can. I have had a mini tummy tuck and breast lift with 275cc implants. Updated on 31 May 2021: From first meeting Dr Siddiqui I knew I wanted him to perform my surgery. He was so helpful when things went wrong with the first clinic I went to and his secretary Rachel was such a big help. Re-booked my surgery when it had been cancelled last minute through no fault of Dr Siddiqui’s. Dr Siddiqui has been very helpful and has checked in on me very regularly since my surgery. He is available whenever I need him. I am pleased with my results so far. Updated on 20 Jun 2021: Coming up 8 weeks post op now and more or less all healed. Still wearing compression garment and Post op bra but only because I’m working from home and so I might as well wear it all day. When I go out I leave it off and then just wear overnight. These pics were from a 3/4 weeks ago, the bralette pic is from last week so 7 weeks PO.
