So finally after 20 years of wanting it I am booked for my BA in 2 weeks!
At my consultations I found my surgeon no longer offers Crisalix 3d imaging (which I was really looking forward to to help me visualise) nor uses sizers in his consultations. He believes that the rice bag trick at home is the best way for clients to test what volume works for them and enables them to try clothes at their leisure whilst wearing them in a sports bra.
I have 2 children and breastfed both for 2.5 years. My breasts are not "saggy" but have lost the little volume they had due to children, age and exercise. Therefore I do not have a lot of skin to fill, and I did not want to lower the fold due to his advice that is has more risks of complications, so my surgeon said 220-295cc was best for me with my BW of 11".
I said I liked the rice nearer 330 and he responded he will try to make 315cc work for me. He says this will be big on my petite frame. He advised with my measurements, 100cc will be a cup size increase to me, I work this out to mean I should expect to be around a 30dd which is 35'' around the bust according to bra fitting calculators, which would be lovely!
Unfortunately I have done what every one on here seems to do and looked at many, many, Many photos on here and now fear that the rice trick is deceiving and I will come out much smaller than I hope. I am aware I should trust my surgeon, but natural pre op anxiety and struggling to find any pictures of girls with my stats and implant size that look more than a small C has me feeling worried I will be disappointed with the results.
I have added some wish boobs to the photos along with my before photos.

Woohoo! We went with the 315cc round Motiva, I knew from research on here they'd look crazy for a while so I wasn't scared to see the square look and I'm just so glad it went ok :)
I'm not in any pain just sore and tight and trying hard not to use my chest muscles at all. My surgeon injected a block so I won't feel any pain until that wears off so dreading that a little and keeping on top of my paracetamol and ibuprofen to avoid feeling any pain.
The only thing that's a small concern is I've seemed to have a reaction to the pen. I have a slight rash in the precise location on the pen markings. I've washed off the pen were I can but obviously can't we're the incisions are :/ it's not got worse overnight so hopefully it will ease off.. I've added a pic..
I'm actually happy with the size they are now so if they just change shape but don't look any larger I'll still be happy :D I already can't wait to wear nice clothes and see the final result!

Day 2 after surgery

Feeling energetic and bored but also feeling the incision pain today, especially the side that he lowered my fold slightly more to fix a small height difference in my boobs and to accommodate the 315ccs, my right was lowered a millimetre or two but my left was lowered maybe 4 millimetres and the difference in pain is very noticeable. I feel I can use my right arm so much more.
I'm also starting to worry I've gone too big for my frame as I'm happy with the size now and I know they're going to get larger when they drop and fliff...but there's no going back now...eek :/
