I am 27 years old and had been waiting for my breasts to arrive since I had been 5, needless to say, they never did. When I was in my late teens I wanted to get breast augmentation but was advised I should wait to see if I become happy with my body. I was now 27 years old and approching my wedding and thought to myself, I am 27 years old, getting married and that's when decided this is the perfect time to do something for myself. I went in for a consultation with Dr. Glatt and could not have been more sure of it! Not only was he very professional and knowledgable, his staff was the same! We went through the consultation talking about my body type what I was looking for in results and landed on teardrop shaped gummy bear implants. I was skeptical at first but since I don't have a lot going on on top it slopes very naturally. We took pictures and it projected what you would look like with different shapes and sizes. After we went with his staff and discussed al costs associated. I thought it over (for all of a day) and booked my surgery for Black Friday.
They give you all your pre-op meds and everything you will need to have filled for after. The day of surgery was easy! Went in at 6-am was taken in at 9am and was home by 1pm. The surgery went very fast (for me) when I woke up I was bandaged. I didn't feel any pain from all the medicine. The next 2 weeks were a little harder. I took pain medicine for the first 5 days. After I switched to Advil. I was back driving in 2 weeks (mostly because I didn't need to drive). It wasn't completely pain free I would occasionally get "zingers" and it would make me very uncomfortable. If anyone was to ask me if I would do it again, I would! It am more than happy with my results and I think it has all to do with the dr you choose.
