Disorganized and Badly Overpriced
Will never EVER go back.
Amazing results with the treatment , however badly ran office … First I was over charged and found this out after the fact ( i blame myself ) Second I was made to wait over an hour during the first visit because the older lady who was supposed to do my treatment didn’t show up. Instead one of the girls who works the desk came and did it. She did my entire neck area. But the numbing cream had worn off a lot since I was made to wait so long.
I had Great results ( the treatment is excellent) BUT I had no choice but to go back for the second round because I had already paid.
The older lady did my second treatment , she was nasty and didn’t do the same amount of treatment I received the first time. I didn’t say anything just wanted her to finish so I could get out. I will spread the word to all my friends and co workers . I found an excellent beauty bar that I go to now and one of the girls had a very similar experience to my own, please DO not step foot in this place!!
