An Expensive Mistake!

Filler beware! I had 3 sessions of Morpheus8 with Sylvia costing £4200 - to tighten my face and improve my ‘jowls’. It was quite successful for my age. I should have left it at that. Then at the review Sylvia persuaded me to have some filler (£1600) to enhance the results. I really wish I hadn’t. I was left with a pea-sized hard lump of filler on one side in my ‘marionette line’ which has restored the jowl on one side even worse than before. I rang the clinic and was advised to massage it by the clinic - which I did for a few weeks - but to no effect. I think they just hoped it would resolve itself and I would go away. At the review a few weeks laterSylvia felt the lump. She suggested I simply massage it as dissolver has its risks. If someone has made a mistake with filler - it doesn’t encourage you to let them have another try with dissolver! I wouldn’t risk that for sure. I had heard that RF micro needling (such as Morpheus8) can sometimes destroy filler. The clinic reluctantly agreed to try this for me on the filler site - twice. I think it improved it very slightly. The lump now feels a bit flatter but it’s very much a chubby fat lump still visible on one side of my face. Not what I was hoping for at this clinic. I paid a total of £5800 to just end up looking a bit worse than before I started. I have photos below - which show the lump one side compared with the other side. Not the aesthetic result I was aiming for at the Cosmetic Skin Clinic.
