I was in for my annual Radiesee refill in my NL folds and asked Dr. Harkaway what she recommended for the fine wrinkles under my eyes and she immediately said "Thermismooth". It was pricey but I guess I am vain because I signed up. The Thermismooth procedure was comfortable--the wand was warm but not hot, it took about 40 minutes... but after 5 treatments spaced 2 weeks apart I have not noticed any difference at all. Fine wrinkles under my eyes are still there. I had a feeling this was too good to be true and it was, at least for me.
