Hi everyone! So I was hesitating whether or not I should share my story/ask for advice and help/write a post op review but I saw that this site was full of women in similar situations as me so I went for it, hoping for a bit of reassurance and looking forward to hear your stories! I'm 10 days pre op today and I panicked and went searching compulsively on the web for the last 2 days. I had my last pre op consultation yesterday and my PS asked me for the size I desired. After some measurements, and some further explanations about saline vs. silicone, I decided on the saline implants moderate profile as I want to achieve a natural look. Now for the size. The hardest decision from what I read. Because of my relatively narrow breast (10,6 cm diameter), I can't get the 325cc implants I initially wanted. So I'm stuck with 295cc (well 275 filled to 295 but it's the final volume that matters right now). I'm extremely flat chested, something I was always secretly complexed by but always laughed it out. Actually, some days, I really do embrace the flatness. But as I am already tomboy-ish, I wanted to add a little feminine side, so I started putting money aside for a BA and instead of waiting 3 more years (my initial plan was to wait until I was 25) I'm doing it now, at 22. Now, I only have 1 main worry: Will these implants get me to a small C cup? I know surgeons can't estimate the final bra size (mine gets particularly irritated when I talk about cups) but I'm just really scared I'll be stuck with a small B cup after they settle. I'm starting at a very small 32AA and at most I barely fit in a 32A. I never breastfed so they are not empty or anything. I read that some girls get to a full C or sometimes a small D and some rare cases fill quite well the D cup with 300cc!!! My implants are under the muscle and I heard it takes off some volume...URGHH, I really hope I get to a small 32C or at least a full 34B (I'm between bands). Anyways, 10 more days...Hope some of you gals will see this review and help me with you own stories! And for those who have a future BA op, I'll make sure to do a follow-up review post op!
