I'm feeling great, muscles are starting to relax finally !! Instill have sensitive nipples and my muscles are burning a little but i'm basically back to normal!
My breasts are changing a bit this week my left is dropping quicker and the muscle isn't as painful as my right side. My right breat looks a little bit smaller for some reason! Feeling much butter, my boobies are still riding high, still hard and I can't wait to feel them once they get softer !!! My nipples ARE sooooo sensitive it's insane. I'm nervous about the size choice, I was hoping for about 34C and that was what was planning with 350/375CC mentor gel under muscle.

What are you nervous about? They will have that smashed compacted look for a bit. As they start to soften with drop & fluff (d&f) they will change in appearance. They will look, feel and move like real boobs. However you have quite a few months to complete that. Hang in there, patience is the key but the fluff is def worth the wait!!

I'm still having a lot of pain but it's already better then yesterday. My back and neck are sore because i'm not used to sleeping on my back, i'm usually on my side !!!
As for the meds, I am doing alright with the Tylenol for now. My incisions
don't seem too bad and my boobies are starting to place themselves. Hard like rock but that will get better once my muscles loosen up a little !!!

Do your PS give you muscle relaxers to help?
Hi beauty, he gave me painkillers only and I also have sodium tablets to take for two months to avoid them getting hard
Never heard of the sodium tablets however every PS has they're own way of doing things. Continue to follow ur PS instructions. Good luck and happy healing.
They're called montelukast, and I need to take them for the two next months. It's supposed to help decrease the risk of having a capsular contracture!
