(1 Month Post-Op) DES, Under Eye Fat Repositioning, Rhinoplasty, and 3 Point Facial Contouring at DA Plastic Surgery

WORTH IT
I’m currently 1 month post-op from surgery at DA Plastic Surgery and wanted to share my experience. My surgery date was 4/20/2026 and the procedures I ended up doing were epicanthoplasty, ptosis correction, non-incisional double eyelid surgery, under-eye fat repositioning, rhinoplasty, and 3-point facial contouring (jaw, cheekbone, and chin reduction). I wanted to address several long-term insecurities related to my eyes, nose, and facial structure, including my droopy and asymmetrical eyelids, strong Mongolian fold, dark under-eyes, bulbous nose tip, droopy columella, large nasal bridge, prominent cheekbones, and asymmetrical jaw/chin. I’m still swollen and healing, especially around my eyes and jaw, but I already see noticeable improvements and feel optimistic about my results so far.

Before choosing DA, I contacted around 15 clinics and ultimately chose them because I consistently preferred their before-and-after results. What stood out even more, though, was their customer service. My coordinator was incredibly patient, kind, and responsive throughout the entire process. Since this was my first cosmetic surgery experience, I had a lot of anxiety and asked countless questions about healing, swelling, complications, and revisions, but she always reassured me and never made me feel rushed or bothersome. She also gave honest advice about procedures I didn’t need, which made me trust the clinic even more. By the end of the in-person consultation, I felt confident moving forward with the surgeries after meeting my coordinator and all three doctors. I felt safe in their hands given how informed I felt leaving the consultation and how they all patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns.

Recovery was emotionally and physically difficult at first, but the staff were very attentive and supportive. My coordinator checked on me frequently, responded quickly whenever I had concerns, and the nurses were consistently caring during my overnight recovery. Overall, I genuinely felt well cared for throughout the entire experience and am very grateful for the kindness and support I received from the staff at DA. I am looking forward to seeing my full results from a year from now!
