38 Yrs Old 1 Child, Dreaming for Flat Stomach !!

Hi everybody i am 38 yrs old mother of beautiful 18 yr old daughter, ive lost control of my body weight. My actual weight 211, i been trying to lose weight forever and the weight just bounces back. I feel depress everytime i have an event to attend to, i feel so self conscious of my double stomach.
I have for ten years try convince my husband to let me have tummy tuck, and needless to say i was unsucessful, i recently made the decision of getting it done wether or not he was in agreement and communicated my decision to him...."to my surprised he asked me to show him my full body , which i hide all the time due feeling ashamed" so in jan 2018 he agrees with me and i started investing all my free time researching for Dr's. I consider Dr. Miami waiting list was to long, they never responded to my request , Dr Dallas 18k i couldnt afford him, and a local Dr. which was over 15k. So i started asking friends, co-workers and they refer me to several good surgeons in mx....OMG !!! mx seriously is that my only option, well my husband gave me a budget less than 8k for tummy tuck, so yes its my only option.
My heart was beating out of my chest, i found a good friend of my mom who took me to my consultation in mx Feb 16 2018 with Dr.Jaime Oziel Salcedo Martinez who eval my stomach and flanks giving me an estimate of 4, 300 to do a tummy tuck, pubis lift, lipo of upper back, mid section and lower back including my inner thighs. He has 30 years exp, ive seen his work done and he answer all my questions with no doubt. OMG !! how awesome is that !! so there is a small problem i am prediabetic and he said he would only do surgery if my blood sugar was stable under 100. My Dr here US gave me k, to get surgery and ordered multiples test on 3/22/18, hopefully everything comes out k. So far glucose is stable under 100 with modified diet and several blood and other test came out good pending ekg, and chest xrays on 3/22/18. Dr. Salcedo from monterrey schedule me in for 4/11/18. i have my lifting recliner, toilet seat riser, pending my compression belt and socks.My mom and whole family are terrified of me getting this type of surgery plus to top it of in mx. I cant let this opportunity go, i hate body shape, and having to wear a body shaper all the time except for sleepying. i am so ready , however my sisters and parents made me hesitate about my decision.
I am so nervous and scared, i hope i dont die and leave my daughter and husband alone. I want my procedure done already !! cant wait any longer, i hesitated to post this very much posting my body online for everyone to see when i cant be fully naked in front of my husband, yeah!!! very hard decision , but i figured that reading all this stories of individuals i dont even know and seeing what they are going through like me, gives me the strength to continue for my journey change my shape. Hello again, i went in for my second consultation with Dr. Jaime Salcedo. i am supposed to pay my surgery by april 6th , to be cleared by april 11, 2018 at 7:30 am. I passed all my exams, and auto -donated blood for my surgery in case i need a transfer, hopefully i wont. (????) i am getting full tummy tuck, pubis lift, lipo of my abdomen with epidural , and upper back, mud, lower , inner thighs and double chin under local anesthesia. i was really hesitant about getting my procedure done this way but after talking to my General Doctor (us) and second consult with him i feel pretty confident abt this procedure being the safest. i cant wait to get this done!! i am debating wether or not to come bck home where i am prepared with everything or stay few days in mx at my moms friends house, which she offer me for my recovery. My surgeon agreed that staying in mx for few days was my best option in case of any medical emergency. i am really nervous abt lipo due to embolisms and deep vein thrombosis since i am in the medical field .....Any of u ladies want share ur experiences !!????
