I started working out last week again doing lower body but I still feel uncomfortable when lifting weights on top so I have not done much and of course no chest workouts

Met him, he shook my hand smiled, and brought me back to his office, I showed him my wish pictures, and told him I wanted to be a full C, but still look super natural. He had me stand there with my bra off while examining my breast. He had me try on a bra with inserts, asked me how it felt and gave me his suggestions. We sat down in his office, he answered all my questions, gave me his input and even pulled out several pieces of literature, plastic surgeon books as well as pictures to help me with my concerns. Explained capsular contraction to me and why his technique and breast implants that he uses has a lower risk of it. Professional, thorough, knowledgeable, tons of certifications, tons of continuing education. Board certified Mexico plastic surgeon. Side note: The office staff did have to reschedule my surgery appointment 2 weeks before the date I was initially scheduled, but he apologized and let me know that it would not happen again. Second appointment was confirmed and performed as scheduled. Their was a little longer wait than I expected because he had to do follow ups for other patients, but it made me feel comfortable that others trusted him like I did. I would almost be scared if I walked in the office and saw no one but me.
