I was 310lbs once. I lost approx 120lbs and decided that weight was a good place for me, but I was left with a ton of hanging skin. It was so difficult to be proud of my accomplishment when the remnants of my weight were such an eyesore every day in the mirror. Dr S is the most amazing doctor I could have ever asked for (and I work in the medical field). His surgery was amazing, but his bedside manner is beyond even that. Personable, answers his own emails, is straight forward and honest with what he thinks he can accomplish and what his limitations are, no bull$hit.
