Bandage is off and massages have started.
I definitely recommend massaging. I have been so swollen and tight I cant stand up straight and then I massage with traumacare arnica cream and I feel great

Dr. Plant and his team are incredible. The man does magic.
Have your consult pick a date and go. It is 100% worth it.

I can honestly say that this procedure will change my life and I am only 9 days post op. I wish he could have seen my face the first time I saw my results.

My entire life I have always had a full mons and after a not so amazing liposuction ( different doctor) I had an even bigger bulge that landed right below my stomach.

It's not called camel toe when you have the whole damn hoof

I was so embarrassed all the time. My lowest low was when I used tape to tape it down under my spanx because it was still protruding in my dress.

Experience: Amazing.
I had gone to 3 other surgeons in the area and I chose Dr. Plant because I felt comfortable immediately. He was so informative and knowledgeable.. I just felt confident in him and trusted his process.

Communication with my patient coordinator Daniella was always fast and easy.

The day of the procedure everyone was amazing. I was calm and collected until entering the actual procedure room where I got really scared and cried. The anesthesiologist wiped my tears and talked me out of being scared. The second anesthesiologist talked me through what was happening and breathed in and out with me.. and then I was out!

When I say everyone is amazing.. they are. They go above and beyond.

Post op has been a breeze. I have used 1 codine in 9 days and that was a " just in case"
I'm sore but nothing tylenol extra cant handle.

Barely any bruising. Super swelling but to be expected.

The outcome... holy hell is amazing. I am so happy and it has only been 9 days.
