Mommy Makeover and Chin Lipo- Two weeks before -all set

41 yr old female and three c-sections. Paid my final bill. Chose implants (605cc SRF Natrelle). My surgery is on July 21, 2021 with Dr. John Alspaugh. Mommy makeover with chin lipo. Eager to have muscle repair and apron removed. One implant is deflated for 6 months (saline that were 17 years old)

All went well. Shout out to Cheryl, Lindsay, and Siobhan, Dr. Alspaugh and Dr Lowery (anesthesia)! I was there from 1000 until around 1715. All went well and I had a good first night. They sent me home with the Foley catheter for the night and that was no problem at all we just took it out ourselves in the morning. My pain has been well controlled and I did add the Exparel injection for this reason too. We have a long walk from the parking garage to our apartment door so we bought a wheelchair for $130 from Amazon that was amazing for going home and returning a day later for the first post op appointment. I have been staying in my recliner with sit and stand feature (also from Amazon) for about $550 and it is a lifesaver. Here are the markings he did before we started!

One day after surgery. Feeling good. No discomfort at all from breast implant exchange. Previous implants were 400 ish saline above muscle and new ones are 605cc silicone under muscle. I took the catheter out today and all is fine and peeing without issue. My surgeon uses a drainless or modern tummy tummy technique so it is wonderful to have no drains to deal with!!! I haven’t seen under the binder yet so I’m very curious to see what my stomach is looking like! I have very small incisions in my breast fold and they are painless (previous implants were placed in lower half of my nipple many years ago). Chin has no pain and amazing results already even with swelling.
