How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Unresolved Issues and Unprofessional Response
I had surgery with Dr. Bruneteau at Aesthetic Surgical Images in Omaha in 2018. Unfortunately, I have lived with the physical and emotional consequences of that surgery ever since. After years of working hard to improve the results on my own—with no success—I finally reached out to Dr. Bruneteau in 2025 to ask if he would consider helping me correct the outcome. I was told no, simply because too much time had passed.
What shocked me even more was the response that followed. Rather than compassion or a willingness to discuss my concerns, I received a threatening letter from his attorney, warning me not to share my experience publicly or risk legal action. So not only was I left with disappointing surgical results, but now I'm also being intimidated for daring to speak out about it.
I believe patients have the right to share their honest experiences—especially when those experiences involve feeling dismissed and threatened instead of supported. If you're considering surgery here, I encourage you to do thorough research and ask lots of questions. My only regret is not speaking up sooner.
