Dr. Plant and Dr. G at Clinic360 will be working on me. I'm a 34 y/o mother of 4 and I'm done having children. I have had 2 consultations with Dr. Plant and 1 with Dr. G. My breasts have deflated from breastfeeding, I'm looking for a slight lift with minimal scars and the return of some fullness to the top of my breasts. I have a 3 1/2 finger gap diastasis and loose skin on my abdomen. With each pregnancy, more fat has been added to my lower belly so I'll be glad to see it gone. Lastly, I've had vaginal issues since the birth of my 3rd child who was 9lbs 5 oz. I lost all feeling in my vagina for about a year after that birth (2015). My feeling has returned by about 80% but I have laxity issues from that birth plus scar tissue that Dr. G will be removing.

Hey, Queen, I am feeling appreciation for you. It's good to see all the photos you took, before & after: it's generous of you to share your experience. You look goood, mama! I'm loving your new lines! I wondered if anyone in Ontario was offering the no-big-scar-down-the-underboob breast lift. That "lollipop" surgery, I just don't know: is that scar really better than my girls heading south? I'm really hoping that your docs have smoothed out the post-surgical "blips" on your fabulous bod: the "dog-ear" & the breast scarring, if those have remained a concern for you. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of your story! Respect.

Supplies. Surgery in 5 days

k145
Hey ladies!
My surgery is only 5 days away, I can't believe it! I did my COVID test on Tuesday and received all my day-of instructions. I'm starting to feel a bit anxious as I've never had any major surgery before. I'm also feeling a bit sad that I won't be able to pick up my 1 year old daughter for at least 6 weeks.
I've finally purchased all my needed supplies. I have to start a few things starting 3 days out, which will be Saturday, including washing daily in the chlorhexidine soap, and applying the antibiotic cream to my nostrils, belly button, ears and anus. I also filled all my prescriptions. I've been taking some supplements for several months now, including my iron, vitamin c & d and collagen. I bought a few others to help support my recovery. Clothing wise, I've purchased some loose fitting tops, front closure bras and compression garments. I was considering buying a a toilet seat riser but I'm not sure if it'll be helpful. If anyone has used one, could you please advise? Thanks!

Much Needed Tummy Tuck is Just Around the Corner!

k145

Hi everyone,

My tummy tuck surgery is in 5 days! I'm a 34 y/o mother of 4. I'm currently 5'9, and I fluctuate between 187-191 lbs, with a current bmi around 28 (I gained 15 lbs during covid, but my surgeon said this shouldn't make a big difference, I was 175 precovid). Right now I have a 3 1/2 finger gap between my muscles, plus loose skin and stubborn fat on my lower abdomen. My kids were from 7lbs - 9lbs 5 oz and I also carried a lot of amniotic fluid. This was clearly more than my body could take! I currently only wear t-shirts because I look 6 months pregnant and I haven't worn a fitted dress since after the birth of my second child in 2014 ( I weighed 160 lbs at that time). I tried coolsculpting a number of times when I weighed less but it just wasn't the right solution to my problems.

Right now I have a lot of lower back pain and my back even hurts after taking a 10 minute shower. I've had problems bathing my kids since 2014. I also haven't been able to engage my muscles since my last child in 2019. I'm really looking forward to this surgery and getting my life and body back.

My original consultation back in October with Dr. Plant was virtual and went well. He said I was a good candidate as I have a lot of pinchable skin and fat. I had a second preop with him in November where he took my measurements. I recently received my final instructions for Tuesday and I'll be starting some of my preop things like showering in the antibacterial soap this Saturday. I'll keep you guy updated.

Hi, can you let me know how you are doing and how was the procedure. I was thinking of going to the DR because I couldn't find a doctor here to give me the results I wanted. When I get to your size, I will probably have hte same shape as you. I would like to know how was your experience and possbily how much you paid. Thanks
