Hey ladies,
I can't believe it's been 4 weeks already, it's been such a journey!
I am really happy with my progress so far, my stomach is so flat compared to before and I am finally seeing my waist come in.
At 2 weeks post op I developed a seroma. I noticed my swelling just keep getting bigger and bigger and a lot of pain and pulling along my incision and internally. I also noticed a small amount of fluid leaking from my incision and when I pressed on my belly, it created a waterbed effect. So my drainless tummy tuck became not so drainless lol and I had a drain put in for 1 week. The up side to this is that my surgeon was able to insert the drain in a totally numb area so I didn't feel it at all. That first day I saw an immediate difference as about 200 cc's came out in that 1st 24 hours. Since then, my results have been great with minimal swelling. I have some total numbness above my incision and around my belly button. I have no more pain other than mild tenderness in some spots along my incision. I am able to stand fully upright now although I still have a lot of internal tightness in my abdomen. Sneezing and coughing no longer hurt thank God. My breasts have also been healing well. My scabs feel off completely a few days ago so now I am applying silicone scar sheets to all my incisions. I love the breast lift I got, my nipples are finally pointing straight out. My only disappointment is that it doesn't seemed like I retained much fat from the transfer but I am still very happy with my results.
My vagina is also healing well. I'll post some updated pictures for you guys

Day 11 Post Op
Hi Everyone,
I'm almost at the 2 week mark and to be honest, it's been quite a journey. I've made some good strides as of lately. Around day 4, I had to borrow a walker because I couldn't stand for longer than 30 secs. It helped me a lot as I was able to walk around for longer periods of time to get some light exercise. Yesterday, I was able to walk around for a bit for the first time without it. I'm almost able to stand up straight but there's still a lot of tension and pulling in my abdomen.
At this point, I am mostly pain-free. I still have some soreness in my vaginal and perineal area as well as along my abdominal incision. My breasts and flanks only feel sore to the touch. There's one area inside my area that causes me a lot of pain depending on how I move or sit and I was told this is probably an internal stitch. I'm off my narcotic medication and taking Tylenol and Advil as needed. I think my physical pain has kind of been replaced with some psychological pain lol. I've been having a bit of post-surgical blues which I've been told can happen. I think it's from being in pain and inactive for so long.
I went into see Dr. Plant on day 7. He said everything is healing well. I also had my dressings changed and have been told to remove the completely on day 14. I had to remove the clear dressing on my left breast a replace it with gauze because water got inside it when I took a shower. Lastly, I've noticed some hardening along my sides that were liposuctioned. I'm trying to make sure I massage those areas several times a day. All in all, the healing process has been going well so far.
