Tummy Tuck, Breast Lift with Fat Transfer

There are so many things I am happy with. I must say that the staff is so helpful. Unbelievable support. I am struggling with major dents in my pubic area from drain scars. My belly button is a little more than an inch higher than it was before and it feels like its tugging. This is based on my pants waist. My belly button was always below my waistband and it isn't anymore.
I see Dr Thursday. The nurse said I may need a cortisone shot to try to help. Again, so supprtive. I think I wanted perfect...

Welp 10 days in, swelling is down on breasts. But I have firm lumps. Kind of want to cry right now because I paid quite a bit more for the transfer of fat and I am freaking out that Its all dying off and I am just gonna have lumpy boobs. I am an over thinker, but my shape has changed alot almost overnight. My appointment with the dr isnt for 5 days. Gonna post the 3 day photo below.

I am officially 1 week in. Wearing my binder, drains still in. The drains are the bain of my existence, if anyone tells you its a breeze, they lie. I had the nurse look at my incision, and the tummy tuck does extend about 2" further than he normally does. I was thinking like mexico extended where its all the way almost to your butt (side note, I consulted 2 surgeons in mexico, 3 in Southern CA, very happy with my choice) I was able to look at my boobs. What I love about Dr Reichner is that he seems to take a less invasive approach. I have been working out 1 year lifting heavy, deadlifts squats etc (still 170 down from 220+ 5'7" still a long way to go) I asked Dr if he got in there and my muscles were okay, maybe just a little work needed yo let them be. At consult he cautioned that it was a big possibility I would need a full anchor lift and the whole plication shabang. When I came out, I only have the lollipop and no plicatiin. He did not cut corners at all but did what was best for my body. I have a little extra lipo from my sides and a little mor fat grafted for really a beautiful very natural look. Super swollen, super bruised, but comparing to other 1 weeks, really cool looking. I am dressed and thats not easy so no pics today. But will upload a series. Also, nurses text back, call you, Dom at the front is the best, so sweet, super patient, Lisa is like a mama bear. Sets me straight when I am off course on recovery. I have to say one other thing, and I hope this is taken well. Another Surgeon I consulted with had a team of Instagram ready Nurses, all matching. What I also loved about Dr Reichner is that his nurses and staff are diverse and beautiful, professional and there because they know what they are doing, and not to show you what you will come out like at the end of an assembly line. I got a plan that was 100% made for me. Boobs that were shaped for my body, my tummy tuck, fo my belly and hips.
Drawbacks. This ish is expensive. You need to order a bunch of stuff unrelated to surgery. Miss independent? Nope... sorry. I have been naked in front of alot of people. Want a clean tidy house, everything organized, better get help. I work from home. Thought I could be fine logging on. At a week, I am lucky to get 2 hrs on the laptop. Maybe Im a baby, dramatic etc, but that might be you too. Definitely not what I would've considered myself. And dang the back pain. Spasms, like an old lady (im 44)
