Hi ladies I have poster comments on some of your profiles and gained valuable advice from you, now it’s time for me to share my journey and give insight.
I had my surgery today, I am in pain right now however it’s manageable. Going to the bathroom to urinate is really hard. My doctor is a true gem, he is personable and made me feel assured that he was going to take care of me. (Dr. Lynam- Richmond Surgical Arts) you are the best!!! In my search I went to 4 visits and his was the most impressive because he connected with me through being personable and by far I was sold on his skill level. His bedside manners are second to none!!! On one if my visits to another surgeon in Richmond it was like he didn’t want to touch me, he spent 5 minutes talking to me and didn’t give me a chance to get fully undressed( my jeans was still partially on.../who does that??? I will post before picture and current pictures (in bandages j and update you along the was as so many of you have done a great job In documenting.
3 drains yep

Day before surgery pictures inserted, can’t wait to see what I look like under these bandages!! I am staying on top of my meds and can definitely tell when it’s time to take them. I really don’t feel a lot of pain in my breast however the tummy and LIPO of my sides are a different story.
I’ll take more pics and update periodically.

It’s day 3 post op, feeling better however still having waves of pain here and there. Keeping up with my meds. I’m still walking hunched over as I am seeing on different posts that doing so is better versus trying to stand straight up.

At this point I’m not feeling any pain in my breast, it still hurts to cough or laugh. The most important advice I would give at this point would be to walk around, even if it’s just walking around in the living room. I’m trying to wean myself off of the percoset taking 1 versus 2. It’s still hard around my incision site, my drains are collecting slower than before however still documenting everytime I change them.

My breasts have dropped but not that much, right more than left, still feeling tightness and pain now and then on right breast coz it had to be reduced because it was bigger than left so more work was done there.

They have definitely started to drop and settle, my left was bigger which he reduced with the lift !
