Tummy tuck, 360 lipo & breast uplift with implants - would recommend him

Here are my before pictures and an update to my after results. I'm now 11 weeks, I am still healing well but notice that I still need to wear my faja religiously. Wearing an ab board makes a huge difference (I am currently on holiday an have forgotten mine, you will see the difference in definition in my abs as a result but this is also due to inconsistent use of my faja over the last week). I have given myself massages whilst away which are not equal to the lymphatic drainage an wood therapy I have started however, it is helping to reduce swelling/fluid that is largely present in my lower abdomen. I have started to do an hour cardio 3-4 times per week. Prior to surgery my waist measured at 32 inches, 14 days after surgery it swell to 33 inches. However, I am now 29 inches.

What I will say is, surgery is not an easy fix, it gives you a great platform to start a journey to the body you want. I would say you have to view it as an investment that you need to protect with better lifestyle choices which will include exercise, lymphatic drainage massages (contouring massages if that is the look you desire) an lots of compression.

I came for surgery with Dr Erman Ak 1st March 2024. I have been supported by Rabia prior, during and following my surgery which has included liaising with my aftercare masseuse. I had a 2 night stay in hospital and 5 days in a hotel. The nurses following surgery were amazing, supporting me to walk afterwards, went to purchase groceries whilst I remained in hospital and supporting me with taking my medications. Serpil supported me daily during my hotel stay with daily massages (extra charge of €70 per massage) and taking my blood thinner. My surgery preperation was extremely officient, i arrived at hospital and was immediately taken for tests, once I was cleared for surgery Dr Ak came to assess my body for surgery and informed me of what I can anticipate in terms of results. After surgery, he completed 2 physical checks (1 day post op & 5 days post op). Overall, my experience with Dr Ak has been great and would recommend him for the surgeries I have had (tummy tuck, 360 lipo & breast uplift with implants)
