Superior Customer Service/friendly Staff :)

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, hearing construction work coming out of my surgery wasn't very restful, but I understand the construction going on. Living out of town also made it a bit difficult with timing communications, but again, something that cannot really be helped, I work shift work and it was just a few instances of phone tag or waiting for messages, again mostly due to time difference. I think overall the staff friendliness and how kind the doctor is really balanced any negatives I would have felt.
