Right at 8 weeks out in a button down
I’m guessing they’ve settled in. Here’s how they are in a button down at 8 weeks post op. I am 124lbs here. I gained 6lbs recently : /
I will lose it. I’m starting TODAY!!! I haven’t noticed much weight in my breasts but they look smaller now that my arms are bigger

Sientra 190cc Low Profile SMALL I on 5’4” 118lb 42yr Old Mom of 5
It was hard for me to find before & afters of small implants, so I figured I should share. I got the second to smallest implant that Sientra makes in the low profile. My breast diameter was between 11.5 and 12 so the smallest I could go was 190cc based on the diameter. They are smooth (not textured) and they are round.
I’m 13 days post op. So far in very happy with my results. I did not want to have to buy new clothing. I wear an XS in most tops and petite 4 or petite small in most dresses. I’m 42 years old so I don’t want to start an entire new wardrobe and I didn’t want to look like had had gained weight.
I had an umbilical hernia and diastasis rectus repaired (there was a 4.5” gap), as well as as much loose wrinkly skin removed as possible. I didn’t get liposuction but the tummy tuck recovery has still been a nuisance due to swelling. That is my biggest complaint. The swelling is not fun and I’ve gained a little weight from not being able to exercise and from eating more for the incision to heal properly. (I used to live on Diet Coke and one small meal a day.) I’m about to go back to my old unhealthy diet plus a Max protein ensure shake and lots of supplements/vitamins because i don’t want to gain anymore weight. I’ve gained 6lbs in 13 days!
Anyway, this post is just supposed to be about the implants. Here are before and after pics. The after pics are 13 days post op.
