Belly Button
WORTH IT$13,800
I just touched my belly button and there was a teeny tiny little black scab (not even the size of the head of a push pin). It came off and then all of a sudden this brownish ooze came from my belly button. A bunch of it. Like I had to wipe it with a paper towel a few times. I don’t know what the heck that was... has any one ever had that happen? I don’t have a fever and it did have a slight odor. I’ll be calling my dr tomorrow when they open.

6 weeks tomorrow!
I went to the doctor for my 6 week follow up appointment today. Good review. My NP said that my belly button looks great and my scar is healing well. I was released to begin to slowly start to return to working out! Wahoo! I started back to work last week, on Monday. It wasn’t bad, a bit tiring, and I swell when I sit a whole lot. I am trying to walk a bit more to reduce the swelling, along with eating cleanly and reducing sodium. I have a small scar on the center of my TT scar and my boobies scars looks great!
So do you lovelies have any advice on starting up slowly working out? What did you wear for compression? What time of day is best? My workout routine prior to surgery was 5-7 days a week, and generally mostly all morning workouts. I was generally running every day and additionally working out with weights and plyometrics. Any suggestions are welcome!

When I got the green light I stuck to just walking at first. I tried to do as much up hill as I could and all the weight I did was my own body. At 6 weeks I was told I could run again and try light actual weights.
When I was given the ok, I spent the 1st week walking a mile (no more) & worked on walking faster each day. The next week I started jogging and I am still working my way back to my pre surgery pace but I was able to increase my pace pretty quickly.
I stayed wrapped tightly. Now that I'm back to HIIT workouts, I am wearing a compression vest I got off amazon. I am doing weights (lighter than before) & have had no issues but I still cant do anything abs, burpees or pushups.
I hope this helps !!!
Thanks it does! It sounds similar to me journey. What vest did you buy? And how long has it been since your surgery?
I cant figure out how to attached the link but I got it off amazon &its called GAODI women waist trainer vest. It goes under the boobs so it only compresses the stomach/ back. I am 6 weeks PostOp now & have been working out for about 3 weeks.
How are you ? I am presuming you are fully healed now after 8 months, are you happy with your result you looked great at your last post in February. Can you post some up to date pics, it’s always nice to see pics when you are fully healed. I’m going to do some post 2 year revision surgery soon. We are moving to spain in a couple of weeks so expect to spend the rest of my life in a bikini which I would never have worn prior to surgery,

Drain Removal!
I had my JP drains removed on 20 days post op from both hips. Not super painful but uncomfortable. I am healing well and still swelling a bit and the end of the day is very uncomfortable, but not really painful. Lipo areas aren’t very sore anymore. BA healing is going well also. Just some tenderness in the bottom of the breasts. Feeling pretty good most days, just get tired easily still. Merry Christmas to you all!
