Did a mommy makeover and got my breasts redone again

I did a mommy make over with dr kohan and got my breasts re done again with him some time ago because I didn't like the way they came out.
he did a great job on my stomach, I'm still really un happy with my breasts and now they're scarred everywhere! I can't wear open shirts any longer. he told me he wasn't gonna make new scars which was a lie. Not only are they still saggy they're scarred all overon top of that ! My nipples are two different sizes.
They're not lifted really much more, when I asked for high profile. they literally look the same, he gave me a discount
and I can't tell the difference, far from what I wanted.
over priced, paid too much for not being happy,
not to mention my surgery was scheduled at 10 AM and I didn't go in until 10 PM
so I waited 12 hours, staff is a mess and I won't write too much info cause he'll call me asking to remove this review but I'm just being honest. Over all dr kohan is a good doctor for bbls and tummy tuck, as for a breast lift and implant I should've definitely gone somewhere else. Dropped around 35k if not more on my surgeries with him!
