Dr. Sherwyn is a Perfectionist, a Total Gem and Your Partner!
WORTH IT
I had a tummy tuck and a breast lift/augmentation with Dr. Sherwyn in August 2022. Referring to Dr. Jonathan Sherwyn as a plastic surgeon is a disservice to what he actually provides to his patients. In my experience, Dr. Sherwyn is a partner surgeon.
Dr. Sherwyn is incredibly skilled, a total perfectionist, and a kind, decent human. He has and continues to micro-manage every aspect of my surgery both during pre & post op. That's exactly what I needed and recognize how lucky I am that Dr. Sherwyn truly partners with his patients.
Every step of the way -- from the over 2 ½ hour first consultation where he explained every detail of the surgeries, to each follow up visit, patiently answering my every question (and I had a lot), to the comfort and care he and his staff took to ease my anxiety leading up to surgery. The day of surgery it is clear – he is uber-focused on your results scheduling only one patient at a time, devoting his attention to you and you alone! This is only matched by his meticulous post op care which includes his ultra-careful and conscientious examines and answering every question including emails on weekends within minutes!
Dr. Sherwyn is in it with you for the long haul and looks forward to my long-term results as much as I do. I’m five months post-op and Dr. Sherwyn continues to want to see me in his office and see how I’m progressing. Speaking of which, I am amazed at how he reshaped my body and feel amazing! His incisions are impeccable and can only be defined as the work of a magician! Absolutely faint lines that will continue to fade and will no doubt be imperceptible.
His incredible staff is icing on the cake -- all who have been nothing but stellar! Nurse Carley was equal parts nurse, therapist and best friend. She is incredibly skilled at her job and was always calming my nerves throughout this process. Samantha, the office manager, was efficient and upbeat providing all the logistical support without missing a thing. Dr. Sherwyn’s anesthesiologist could not have been more reassuring and his at-home nurses were absolutely invaluable to me during that first week of post-op.
It’s like Dr. Sherwyn conducts this great orchestra with everyone perfectly playing their part to create this life-altering symphony.
This type of skill and care is a one-of-a-kind, rare experience that simply just doesn’t exist anywhere else. You should absolutely trust Dr. Sherwyn with your surgery journey.
