Subfascial breast augmentation, extended tummy tuck, 4 areas lipo

I wanted to update on my procedure specifically. The pain was the worst on day 2, I opted out of the exparel injection because it was an additional $800 that I was informed of only days before my surgery. The drains are very inconvenient, but I was under 25ccs by 4dpo. I'm currently 7dpo but no one scheduled me for drain removal, only said to come in the next day with no specific time. So the doctor was out when I came by yesterday. I did also pay $600 for post op supplies and lymphatic massages, which were incredibly painful and I dreaded going each time but it's generally over quickly.

4dpo

Hardly anyone speaks English. One of the front desk ladies was incredibly rude any time I talked to her. All of my post op instructions were printed out and no one discussed any of it with me outside of emptying my drains. I did like my surgeon Dr. Tatarian. I don't want to decide how satisfied I am until my implants drop and fluff.
I had a subfascial breast augmentation, extended tummy tuck, w/ 4 areas liposuction

Pre Op 12 Days

All of my paperwork, labs, and medical information was supposed to be in by 21 days before my surgery. No one can confirm receipt of my paperwork or payment because they said I must speak directly with my coordinators, who ARE ALWAYS ON VACATION!! Professional work places are supposed to have clients covered by other staff when someone is on vacation, not tell them they have to wait until they're back, especially when both coordinators are taking vacations separately, both within the few weeks before my procedure. Outside vacations, they're rarely available during the week. It's been incredibly frustrating with lack of communication and disorganization.
Hoping this procedure is worth the headache.
