TT and BA 108lbs 5'2" post op day 7

Had contact dermatitison day 5. Pain is better. Swelling is better too. I have been taking a shower every day since day 4. I did that initially with a chair inside so I don't have to worry about losing balance. I would suggest you do this for your first shower.

Moving is a significantly better. Managing the pain with narcotics created a side effect: constipation- which I managed with coconut water, prune juice and colace. I stopped my narcotics at day 4. I bought a 4 piece wedge to sleep on which helped me be compliant of the no-trunk-extension orders by the doctors.
On day 5 I developed a contact dermatitis which got worse despite the cortisone cream I used. I started doing self lymphatic drainage on day 6 as it felt very swollen in my belly and breasts.

I went with Dr Farris after consulting 2 other doctors. His price quote was reasonable. Staff was great and responsive to texts and calls. I am post op day 2.
Waking up from anesthesia was painful. The breast felt full pressure otherwise pain-free. The TT was more pain because the OR was cold. I didn't even see the surgical site as I was wearing the binder and the bra on already. My mouth. Was so dry. I was shivering which pulled on my stitches which made the walking brutally painful. Getting in and out of the bed is the most painful as it pulls on your abs stitches. I kept my pain within manageable level by taking the oxycodone religiously.i would put the alarm on so I would wake up and get drink it. I must tell you to not skip a pain pill because if you do, you'll be miserable chasing the pain away. I bought my own surgical bra as suggested by another patient.
