Worth every penny - I can finally wear bodycon dresses and bikinis

ORIGINAL POST

Worth EVERY Penny!!!

WORTH IT
The whole process from start to finish has been second to none. The customer care from Lara is excellent, they managed to fit in my surgery within 5 weeks of 1st consultation! Dr Mileto is an absolute magician. I look better than I did before kids and I have so much more confidence back! Recovery was very easy for me, I followed the rules and was pain free. Most stretch marks on tummy have gone and hip to hip scar is fading (its on bikini bottom line anyway) no scaring around nipple and anchor scar below nipple is fading too. I am so over the moon i can finally wear bodycon dresses and bikinis!! Worth EVERY penny!!!

Hi, oh that's so exciting!! Really hope it goes well :) Thank you sl much!!! Well im using Bio oil...not too sure if thats the best stuff but hopefully ok. But before with my csection scar that just faded on its own after a couple of years so hoping for the best :) super happy to help with any quections whilst youre healing too :)
Thank you again! I'm now 4 days post. Looking great and feeling pretty good! Soo happy I did it! Can't wait to be on the other side. Sitting here ordering up bikinis!! Got my bio oil as well as aqua- lotion the Dr suggested! Be well! Thanks again!
Oh brilliant, congratulations!! You're over the worst of it!! :) something i didnt know when i was healing...dont lift your arms up too high before 6 weeks as it kinda pulls everything. I got told off by my care assistant. Hope your recovery continues going well :)
I have mine 3/21/23 I’m super excited I’ve been working out every day and eating clean
Any other suggestions
Oh great work! You're doing better than I did. My procedure was 3weeks after christmas so had quite a few roast potatoes weighing me down haha. I don't think I did too much to prepare really. It waa more on the admin side lining up childcare for afterwards
Congratulations. It looks wonderful. Mine is next week as well. What were your tricks to keep your incisions close and clean? How hard was it to get up and down those first few days
Oh excellent!!! Well for the 1week you literally dont do anything, dont take the plasters or band off. My belly button got a bit gammy after the week but after putting iodine on it, it scabbed over and was fine. Apparently belly button is a difficult area. I had these long surgical pad/plasters to put over the tummy scar to stop the band rubbing with the incision. After the 1st week it does help to have you partner close your band for you whilst lying down, get it nice and tight. Don't pick any scabs...i stupidly did this. Defo put pillows under you knees when lying down/sleeping. Think i had them for a good 5 weeks. Stay hunched or slightly leant over as long as you need. I was worried that at 6 weeks i still wasnt fully straight but its abso fine and will get there. Boob part was a walk in the park it was mainly the tummy that was a bit tougher. Its mad how quickly you do recover, but defo try and take it slightly easier. (Easier said that done when cooking/cleaning and doing school runs). But i promise it is so so soooo worth it!!! I wish i looked like this in my 20's :)
Really hope everything goes well!!!
You look great! Thanks for sharing. Did you have lipo as well?
