I honestly can’t thank Dr Mileto enough. His initial consultation with me was extremely thorough and I felt super comfortable right from the start. Going into surgery I was super nervous as this was my first surgery ever, Dr Mileto was brilliant with me and reassured me all the way. He chose the perfect size for me. I have today been for my post op and seen my results for the first time and I am beyond pleased. This was a life changing surgery for me and what Mr Mileto did was above and beyond my initial expectations. I have so much more confidence. Incisions are small, neat and healing very well. I would highly recommend Dr Mileto for anyone looking to have a breast augmentation.

Met Dr mileto in Manchester at mya I was very nervous and we had a chat about my plans for breast enlargement. We decided on an uplift and 375cc . On the 8th March we met again at Preston . Currently one day post-op. Got 325 cc under the muscle (bilateral) with textured mentor implants. Initial bra size 32B. Weight approx 120lbs. Height: 5'5 1/2. Honestly in a lot of pain - on and off meds (immediately after and following day). Would rate an 8/10 for day of and 7/10 for following day. Very happy with results and size so far will post more during milestones :)

Dr. Mileto has done an amazing job! He provided person centred care with me and even reviewed my procedure and changed it due to me loosing weight between the 2nd consultation and the op day. It was ment to be under breast tissue, however due to my personal circumstances of loosing weight as well as breast tissue, he informed me that it would be a better finish if he preformed a dual plane procedure. The procedure was completed without any extra cost and I am now on week 3 of my recovery and my breast is feeling much softer and settled. Altho the recovery has been painful, especially under my right breast, I have regained most of my arm movement after the initial week. I would say that some of the extra pain and slower recovery time is also due to my age ( nearly 40). Dr. Mileto responded to my text messages when the pain was very unmanageable the first week. It has transpired that it was mainly due to the post op bra. I therefore have worn a recovery sports bra for a few days as the bruising and swelling around my rib cage did not agree with the compression bra. ( I have alternated between the 2 and have made sure that night time I had my post op recovery bra on as it was ok during night time) Now 3 weeks after, the stitches have all dissolved and my incision wounds have healed really well and are already hidden in the crease. I am really happy with Dr. Mileto's skilled work and would not hesitate to recommend him. Only thing I wish I was informed off by the nursing staff is that it's OK to apply ice pack to reduce the swelling or even prevent it. I bruise very easily and even to this day, still have a bruise on my wrist where the anesthesia was applied, as well as a very fant bruise on one of my breasts. So if you are reading this before the BA, friendly advice, ice for 15 min then rest and ice again as needed. It was the best painkiller I discovered 48hrs into the recovery!

No words could possibly give this wizard justice but I felt like I really wanted everybody to know how amazing mr mileto is. He really cares about you and what you want to achieve… he’s so kind and you can feel that every conversation. I had an uplift and implants and a small revision on Sunday .. my boobs are unbelievable he’s changed my life and people who have plastic surgery ask me who my surgeon is regularly. If you’re thinking of going with mr mileto . DO IT

I had tummy tuck, muscle repair and liposuction to flanks 4 weeks ago. I have had an amazing experience and so happy with my results so far. My recovery is going really well with no complications and great aftercare. My only regret is not doing it sooner

The whole process from start to finish has been second to none. The customer care from Lara is excellent, they managed to fit in my surgery within 5 weeks of 1st consultation! Dr Mileto is an absolute magician. I look better than I did before kids and I have so much more confidence back! Recovery was very easy for me, I followed the rules and was pain free. Most stretch marks on tummy have gone and hip to hip scar is fading (its on bikini bottom line anyway) no scaring around nipple and anchor scar below nipple is fading too. I am so over the moon i can finally wear bodycon dresses and bikinis!! Worth EVERY penny!!!
