I do not know where to begin to describe what an amazing experience I have had with Dr Casas. The first day I went for my consultation, I knew that I had found the perfect plastic surgeon. We discussed what my desired results would be and she gave me her recommendations for what she thought would be best for me. After speaking with one other doctor first, and feeling like I was in an assembly line, I knew Dr. Casas was invested in making sure I would be happy with my results. I cancelled all other consultations I had with other doctors that day.

Before surgery, she makes sure that you are on the right path to get the best results and heal quickly from your procedure. This includes taking vitamin supplements, eating right, and exercising. After surgery, I was in her office the next day. Dr Casas wanted to make sure everything was going as planned and that I was continuing my path to a healthy and speedy recovery. Janina, her medical assistant, performed manual lymphatic drainage to help reduce scar tissue and swelling. She is amazing at her job and is so well informed that on the days that Dr Casas was not available, Janina was able to answer all my questions. In addition, Dr Casas is available by text any time if you have any concerns.

Dr Casas had me come in as many times as necessary until she felt the massage was no longer necessary. She is a perfectionist and was just as concerned as I was that I had a positive outcome. My body looks amazing and I have never been happier with the way I look, even when I was younger and in better shape.
