Overdue update!

Forgive me I’ve been slacking! I am 10.5 weeks post op now. Although I am not completely healed I have come so far. Staying in Palace Recovery House was a really great head start for my recovery but this is definitely not a race for the swift, it’s more for those who can endure. I say this because I feel that I missed the memo!
I have been wearing my faja 24/7 and only take it off to shower. It is no joke! Although that said, I really don’t feel right without it and if I take my faja off for 2 hours I swell and become very uncomfortable. This has gotten better with time, the swelling is not as bad as it was and the feeling of being uncomfortable is not as bad...so the good news is...it gets better...slowly...over time! I suggest having at least 2 fajas so you can wear one while washing the other.
I am really pleased with my scar. Dr Plaza has done a great job and I am looking forward to seeing what it will look like when I’m fully healed. All in all I achieved what I wanted and as happy as I am with e results I know they are going to continue to get better as I heal.

It’s Not Easy but It’s Worth It
3w4dpo! Dr Plaza was a gentleman throughout the process. He visited regular and showed interest. The RH and staff are A* I don’t have 1 complaint! Excellent service experience. I am healing well so far

Time to add some wish pics!
I much prefer the ‘natural’ look to the over exaggerated waist to hip proportions that I sometimes see. My hope is that ppl see me and assume that I’ve been going really REALLY hard in the gym lol
