How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

New year new me :-)

My surgery will include an Abdominoplasty with lipo to the abdomen, flanks, back bra line and I/O thighs.
Little background info on me: 22 y/o Army Vet, Mommy of 2 sweet babies under 2 and a wife of 3 years to an amazing man. I’m currently 11 months postpartum and have lost 55lbs of the 65 I gained with my daughter (I loved McDonald’s wayyyy too much lol)
I currently weigh 167 and I’m 5’5” tall.
I consulted with 3 Plastic Surgeons before ultimately choosing the very first surgeon I had spoken with. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time with the other two... the grass is always greener right? Absolutely not. This man has such a warm, calming and genuine presence when nearby. Isn’t that what every patient looks for? I would like to think so. He knew the answers to all my questions before I asked them. Given my questions were probably very typical, he still answered them with genuine sincerity. Although his practice costs a bit more than I was quoted from other surgeons I’m going with him and would recommend him to anyone. I can only imagine how great he is going to make me look!! I’m so excited for this journey I will continue to update you all! Only 6 weeks!
Best wishes

Getting in the holiday spirit!

Got my hair done, put up the Christmas tree and some decorations today! Happy Wednesday :-)

Surgery moved up a week!

Surgery was supposed to be on the 23rd of this month but the office called and offered the date of Tuesday the 16th, which happens to be my daughters first birthday. I decided to take it bc we’re doing her party on Saturday anyways. Can’t believe my baby will be one and my surgery is getting so close. That being said, I have a recliner I’ll be using, frozen bags of peas, pre-made vegetarian crockpot dump meals in the freezer and someone coming to help me and take care of the babies for 2 weeks. Is there anything I am forgetting??? Please comment what helped you best during recovery. Thanks in advance!!

Although his practice charges a bit more than I was quoted from other surgeons, I’m going with him and would recommend him to anyone. When it comes to your health and wellness wouldn’t you want the most knowledgeable trustworthy and talented surgeon you can get no matter the cost? I would. Shout out to his Director, Christina Alves who has dealt with all of my (many) questions with grace and professionalism. My surgery is in 6 weeks and I trust he will make me even more beautiful than I already am. If you’re looking for the best of the best, look no further than Dr Daniel.
