Florida Vaca this weekend.

I’m down to 157. I know I have body image issues now. I was looking in the mirror before I pulled out my camera and all I could see was the ‘fat’ me. 210 lbs and gross looking. When I took out the camera I did a double take when I saw the phone screen. I look better than I think. I’m trying to get trough the issues.

Update!

After 3.5 weeks of eating a lower carb diet I’ve lost about 7 lbs and quite a few inches (I haven’t counted yet) I’m feeling pretty good. I added pictures of before, during and right now. I’m not going to stop eating low carb because ideally I’d like to be around 145lbs. I’ll keep everyone updated. I hope you can see progress in the photos, I don’t see too much! Lol, It may just be me though. Hopefully the pics are added in order, but if not I put a caption underneath telling what is what.

Update

Hi all. I’ve been a little bummed out for the last few weeks about my results, among other things. So I decided to start a low carb diet about 13 days ago, so far I’ve lost about 7lbs and a little over 3” around my waist and 3” around my widest part of my booty. I feel great and I had my first cheat day today, I had 2 slices of veggie and cheese pizza. YUM. And half a pint of halo top ice cream. I think I look smaller, looking back at the pics I’ve taken along the way.
I’ve always been excessively critical of myself and that’s another thing I’m trying to change. Strengthening my relationship with Christ and taking care of my body. It has definitely been a good 12 days :-) also- I dyed my hair to match my sons! Lol!

Provider Review

Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
1685 Congress St., Portland, Maine

I consulted with 3 Plastic Surgeons before ultimately choosing the very first surgeon I had spoken with. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time with the other two... the grass is always greener right? Absolutely not. This man has such a warm, calming and genuine presence when nearby. Isn’t that what every patient looks for? I would like to think so. He knew the answers to all my questions before I asked them. Given my questions were probably very typical, he still answered them with genuine sincerity. Although his practice charges a bit more than I was quoted from other surgeons, I’m going with him and would recommend him to anyone. When it comes to your health and wellness wouldn’t you want the most knowledgeable trustworthy and talented surgeon you can get no matter the cost? I would. Shout out to his Director, Christina Alves who has dealt with all of my (many) questions with grace and professionalism. My surgery is in 6 weeks and I trust he will make me even more beautiful than I already am. If you’re looking for the best of the best, look no further than Dr Daniel.
