Mummy make over in Turkey
On the 1st of October I had my mummy make over with Dr Omer Sagir.
I am very happy with my result and his care of me when I was in his care.
So let me start.. I had my face to face consultation on the day of surgery. Initially I requested for a breast uplift with implants, 360 tummy tuck, bbl with liposuction.
Following my consultation it was agreed that I would have an extended tummy tuck , breast uplift with no implants, bbl and liposuction. The decision not to have implant was based on safety and recovery , as I was gonna be having a big operation, so I didn't mind at the time.
I remember the last words with my surgeon was my tummy is my priority and I don't want theses love Handles anymore.
On waking up from my successful surgery. I had a 360 Tummy tuck, Breast uplift, bbl and liposuction.
the decision to have a 360 tummy tuck was based on the amount of skin my back had left once Lipo was complete. After seeing the video my surgeon sent me I’m happy with the decision he made and happy with my results.
I will just say make sure you do your research. Be open with ur surgeon about realistic results. Do not use a wish pic of some one else and be the best version of you.
The pain was not as bad as I imagined it to be. There was pain, don’t be fooled but it was manageable. Day 5 no significant pain only discomfort in the garments.
A con, Sleeping is difficult but getting easier day by day. Although I wish I was prescribed sleeping pills from day one. Also getting in and out of the bed was a challenge which took a bit of trial and error to get it right.
Drains where ok came out on day 7 ( a day before flying home. Pain level was 1-2
My scars are very neat and cannot be seen when wearing a tong- however the scar treatment I will use will determine the end results. - I will keep you updated after 3 weeks. I

Thank you for this. Am going for the same procedure with him in 2 weeks. Looking forward to it. Please help, how did you manage to sleep with BBL and tummy tuck. That’s my main worry, I have good pain tolerance but I value my sleep

It was ok at first, after 2 days I found it difficult to find a good sleep position. I found the hotel bed more comfortable than the hospital. Night times seem to last a long time and I found it very difficult to sleep. After 3 weeks I was dying to sleep on my side. I would recommend that you bring ur neck pillow.
I did ask on many occasions for sleeping tablets from my nurse, but this was only prescribed on my last day when I went to go and get my drains taken out.
Nights times was a long and distressful time for me.
So ask ur surgeon before u leave. Or bring ur own natural sleep remedies (of course speak to your surgeon 1st) don't forget to pack ur favourite tea bags. Good luck with everything
