3 Month Check-In
Hello RealSelfers! 3 months have come and gone so wanted to provide an update. I now weigh 140 pounds. I’m trying to learn how to dress my post surgery body. Wearing a size small in bottoms and 6 in pants. Bras are hit or miss. Surprisingly Large and XL sports bras are too big because of my 32” chest measurement. Medium seems to be able to provide the support I need but I could be wrong. I haven’t been fitted for a regular bra just yet- haven’t needed one. I know my bare breast look REALLY big but provided a clothed photo this time to show they don’t look crazy big clothed.
TUMMY: I am still numb around and just below belly button area. No issues with scars. I really like the way my navel has turned out. I’ve been wearing compression garments to help with swelling above navel area. Not sure if it is swelling, visceral fat or something else. Only time will tell. Same applies for below bellybutton. Photos of bikini bottom were taken in the morning and black panty in evening for comparison of swelling. Been hiking in this nicer weather and at times I feel weird in my abdominal muscles so I dial down the effort.
BREAST: Nothing new to report other than they feel softer. My left areola seems to be more downward but when I looked at my before photo it was the same then too. I don’t mind it as the only people to really see them are my husband and me. They do sometimes get in the way due to their size but guess that’s the price to pay for a bigger bust. I have enjoyed them very much.
Still highly recommend the surgery and Dr. Lawton.
See you all at 6 months.

Stitches
Forgot to include photo of stitches should this happen to someone out there.
6 Weeks Post Op
Last week my TT started “spitting” stitches. Called the office on a Tuesday afternoon and had an appt for Wed morning. Told it can happen at times and my instance was no cause for concern. I was pleased with how quickly I was helped when I called in.
Breast feel much softer, I’m pleased with the outcome. The only thing I would change at this time would probably be to have gone with silicone but I’m not dissatisfied with my outcome.
Tummy still gets swelling and I feel those zingers every now and again. Nothing more to report aside from the stitches.
