WORTH IT
After 3 pregnancies, 3 c sections and breastfeeding, I was left with a tummy shelf and deflated breast.
I thought about going for these procedures and wanted to see what could be done along with the cost but wasn't sure if I would go ahead with it. After meeting with Dr Lacey in the winter of 2021, I felt confident to have the procedure done. He recommended a mini TT with a little lipo as well as 325-375 gel implants over the muscle since I had alot of breast tissue and I wanted a more natural looking silhouette and wanted to achieve a full C (was a large A, small B).
My original date was booked for the spring but due to covid, all elective surgeries we're postponed. I had my procedure done in September 2021.
My surgery date was bright and early. I was alot less nervous than I had anticipated. When I met with the Anesthesiologist and Dr Lacey, I felt even more reassured.
Waking up from my 3 hour surgery, I felt pretty good. My recovery nurse was so kind and made me feel comfortable. Dr Lacey ended up going with a 375 implant as it gave me "oumph".
Day 2 and 3 were fairly painful but taking the narcotics helped. By day 5 I felt pretty good but still followed all post op instructions.
Now 3 weeks post op, I feel great! My self confidence is priceless and I feel so sexy!

Yay for you! Look at that flat tummy, you have a model's shape, but with boobs: you must be so pleased! I'd love to see a pic of you now in that"before" bra, the black underwire one you wore in your before pic. *If* you can squeeze into it, Lol! Just to be able to understand the changes. My understanding is that there's a process - drop and fluff? - that happens after the implants are put in. I'd love to hear about that, as you experience the changes. Anyway, thanks so much for sharing your experience. I'm in the Ottawa Valley, and I really appreciate a local girl's perspective.

I'll post a picture in my black bra from before. Just so you know, I was a 36 B before and didn't quite fill the cup. I'm not a 34 D and fill it cometely

Fantastic! I'll bet that old bra won't even hold all your "feminine charms". Buying new bras and panties is going to be so much more fun now!

p.s. how long after surgery was the bathroom selfie taken?

Thank you. I'm older than you, and had twins, so will need a full tt, which of course is a more extensive surgery. Still, I really value being able to get an idea of the range of recovery times experienced by different women.

7 weeks post operation

7 weeks post operation. Here I am in my bra from the before pictures. I was a 36 B and barely filled it out. I am now a 34 D and loving the results. My breasts are still quite firm but softening up. So pleased my surgeon opted to go with 375 rather than 350 ccs. Mentor high profile over the muscle. I have zero pain and have been given the okay to start back at exercising like I used to.

Aw, you are so beautiful! Good for you. Thanks for the pic, too. It gives me an idea of the difference in size the 375 mls made. I bet they're just the perfect choice for your body. You really look lovely. I still have a lot to learn about implants: the different profiles, placements, types, brands. When and how they're used, what difference the choices can make. I'll do my homework. :) What would you say was the most painful aspect of your surgery?

And thank you so much! I feel great and so happy with my results!

My breasts werent bad at all! That being said, I think having them placed over the muscle (since I had alot of breast tissue) helped! My tummy tuck was probably the worst pain and even that wasn't bad. Getting in and out of bed was tough, but I took it easy for the first 5-10 days. The binder was the most annoying part!

Hello; did you have a full TT, I see the scars on side but the title was mini TT

Yes, he needed to go hip to hip to avoid overlapping skin or pitting.

It's approaching the 3 month mark (next week on the 8th).
I am feeling 100% myself, working out every second day and doing my normal activities. I am sleeping no prohlem on my sides. Scar is still quite dark. Applying vitamin E oil and massaging with cream daily.
