Last night I sent an email to the surgeon’s office because I was feeling worried about my right breast. It hasn’t made much change since Monday - the nipple is pointing down, it’s still quite painful and the shape/bruising looks totally different compared to the left.

When I woke up this (Sunday) morning, I already had a voicemail from Dr. Pyle asking me to call him. I did, and he eased all my fears about my right breast. I’m so grateful to have chosen Amelia Aesthetics for this procedure. The entire team has been great in easing my fears, answering my questions and responding so quickly to my inquiries.

Aside from my issues with righty, recovery is going well but slow. Every day I make a little progress - using the bathroom alone, getting in and out of bed alone, getting dressed alone. I get tired very easily though, and have to rest a lot. Some spots are still really sore, and some are downright painful. I think a nerve got stitched up somewhere in my abdomen because one particular spot tends to zap me if I move the wrong way.

I’m hoping this time next week I’ll be feeling 10 times better because I have to go back to work next Monday Luckily, I work from home so it won’t be too much effort to get up and going. Unfortunately, with coronavirus my kids are out of school indefinitely so I have no idea how we are going to manage that with me working, still recovering and them homeschooling!

Today makes three days post op. I had a tummy tuck, muscle repair, breast lift/augmentation and lipo on 3/16/2020 with Dr. Pyle at Amelia Aesthetics. The entire procedure was seamless from start to finish. I’m loving the results so far, even though I’m incredibly swollen. Will update more later!

Pre-op scheduled for March 5th!

My consultation with Dr. Pyle went great, so I paid my deposit and booked a surgery date! My pre-op appointment is on March 5th, and I’ll be having surgery on 3/16! Full mommy makeover to include tummy tuck, light lipo, BL and BA. I’m still undecided on implant size, and I’m freaking out as we get closer to surgery.
Mostly I’m scared that I won’t be happy with the results; I mean, I’ve been unhappy with my body for SO long that it seems like a pipe dream that I could actually be satisfied with my appearance. All I can do is think positively and pray that I chose the right surgeon!
