1 year post op

Well here I am officially one year and 2 months post op and I have to say everything about this journey went completely as planned with no complications, but I can only attribute that to the fact that I did a ton of research and didn’t jut jump out there, I followed the doctors orders as I got myself in the gym before surgery, put the work in and got back in the gym full time at 3 months post op. I started walking the day after surgery. You have to meet these surgeons halfway because the truth is they are not magicians and if you want that snatched wait then you have to build good habits before surgery. I still don’t have all the feeling back in my stomach but lately it has been coming back, surprisingly all of this started when I got my cover up tattoo on my TT scar, maybe that triggered my nerves to start working. But long Story short everything is working out for me, and I went overseas and got all this done, and I wouldn’t change anything about it, my opinion is the doctors in Columbia are better hands down, but being n active duty service member, I’m use to being out of the country and I already knew based off of experience that just because it’s the US Doesn’t automatically make it better. Do your research and stay healthy

Healing sooooo nice!

Well I am at almost 5 weeks PO and i still have stiffness but my body is returning back to normal feeling. The swelling is finally going down for me but I am very strict with my PO care, as much d I hate the faja I understand how important it is. My before surgery weight was 165 and I am now 155. I still stand by my decision to go to Columbia and have this done because the US docs will not give you the results you tell looking for in one round, they want you to keep coming back. Here are some pics of what I am looking like now, I will post more updates
Update
I am now a little over 100 days post op and I feel great! I am healing awesome and I am fully back in the gym doing a lot of core training with no issues. My feeling is almost all the way back in my back but my stomach is still numb low down. I no longer wear the compression garment and sometimes I tell swell a little but not much. I posted some updates pics. The only issue I have is I keep losing weight which caused me to lose some of the fat transfer, the doc tells me when I gain some weight back it will funnel straight there so we shall see, I’m contemplating a BBL Revision cause I want it to be a little bigger but we shall see. Everything is good though so I’m happy and feeling healthy

3 days Post Op

I am so happy that I made this decision to have this surgery in Columbia with Dr Rodolpho Lopez. His work is phenomenal! And the recovery house staff has taken great care of me. I got a TT, lipo, and BBL and I can already see results.
