I Have my Life Back! Best Decision, Wish I Did It Years Ago!

I had tummy tuck, breast lift (no implants), muscle repair, and liposuction to inner/outer thighs, knees, bra line, and flanks. I had 8 different consultations for this surgery in Florida and NW Indiana. I did not feel comfortable with any surgeons until the very last consult with Dr Frank. I immediately knew I wanted him to do my surgery and scheduled same day. Dr Frank and his assistant, Lisa, have great bedside manner. I felt completely comfortable (and we know how stressful it is to be naked and evaluated on your flaws) and Dr Frank really listened to my concerns. He understood the things that bothered me about my body and came up with a plan. I love that Dr Frank does not use drains for the tummy tuck unlike most other surgeons.
Day of surgery went well and the surgery center was staffed with caring people. I was completely at ease. Dr Frank called me at home that night to check on me, which I really appreciated and I saw him 3 days later.
Since Dr Frank does not use drains I did have to go back in a few times to be manually drained- but this is completely painless and takes minutes. His office never has a wait, it is awesome!
After a few months I did need a tummy tuck revision to extend my scar/remove dog ears. This can happen in tummy tucks and I did have to have another surgery. I was back to work the day after the revision.
Today, I am so in love with my results and feel like myself again!! My boobs did go from a C to a B with the lift, but they look so amazing I did not mind the loss- it was just extra skin mostly anyway. If you are debating on whether to get implants or just a lift, I will say that I am very happy I chose not to get implants.
My scars are phenomenal. The tummy tuck scar is very low and thin and the the breast lift scars are very thin. They are healing well, I am 5 months post op now.
I cannot stress how wonderful this feeling is. It seemed like I was trapped in someone else's body for years after having multiple pregnancies, breastfeeding, and carrying extra weight due to thyroid issues. My self-esteem is back and not only can I tuck my shirts in again, go without a bra, and be comfortable in clothes...I can have sex naked again without constantly worrying about my body!
Overall this was a great experience.
