Ischemic Right Nipple, Septic Abdomen, Poor Results

I had a mommy makeover- tummy tuck with flank liposuction and a breast reduction. I had nipple necrosis and infection in my abdomen that led to early sepsis. I went from 38J to 38GG (I asked for a C cup and smaller areolas). The right nipple was ischemic less than 24 hours after surgery. It eventually required debridement and deep packing into a tunneled hole. My abdomen developed pockets of fluid which opened up and required packing into tunneled areas towards by belly button. Overall the end result is very poor. I still have stitches that are sticking out of my abdominal incision and a deformed right breast. I wanted a breast reduction to take the strain off of my back and shoulders and I still have very large breasts that are causing pain and back pain along with half a nipple and scarring. Overall I would not recommend
