3 months post breast implant removal, capsulectomy, abdominoplasty & liposuction

My implants had been in too long and were in stage four capsular contracture. They were boxy and hung down especially when I lost weight . One one the right was lower than the left and the implant deformation could be seen in a wrinkle at the top. Dr Liliav removed the implants performed the capsulectomy and abdominoplasty of the loose skin. Then after the breast lift and strattice mesh placenta did tissue expanders . The tissue expanders were painful after surgery but allowed the implant to be placed below the muscle . I had four drains . Very hard to drain and keep drains from falling but I managed . Then I returned 3 months after and the silicone implants were placed and registered with warranty . They look so much better and the tightness from the capsular contracture and hardness are gone . The scar for the abdominoplasty was placed much lower than my first scar. I am very happy about that. Using silicone strips and duoderm strips to minimize scars and they are responding well to that treatment.
