I’ve Really Let Myself Go

I’m now motivated to get the rest of my body up to par. I’ve really cut down my calories and can’t wait to be able to do cardio. If you are wanting a tummy tuck I say find a reputable physician and do it. My doctor and his staff are beyond amazing.

Sorry for taking so long. But I returned to work on Monday and surprisingly had no issues. In fact, at this point I would say I feel totally normal. The only reminders I have is my stomach is still kind of tight. Absolutely no pain but still have some soreness where I’m assuming I received lipo. I love my results and consider myself to look so different. I wear scrubs at work at several different clinics and without even mentioning almost everyone commented on how slim I looked. In the pics you can some bumpiness in my hip area. I contribute this to wearing my compression garment all day and swelling. Also, I do have some scanning that just developed on one of my breast incision that my doctor did not seem too concerned about.
