I’ve Really Let Myself Go

WORTH IT$19,500
I’m the largest I’ve ever been!! Why did I allow to get to this point. I realize you should first lose weight then get a tummy tuck. However, I’m in dire need of having my implants removed because of some symptoms that may be related to them. You save money having it done at the same time. So, I will use it as motivation to do better. To make matters worse I was originally scheduled a month ago but rescheduled to tomorrow, 4/30 because of COVID. You would think I would’ve took the 30 days to lose weight but instead prob gained.
Here are my stats:Mother of three young adult males, 48 years old on Monday and weigh in at a whopping 212!!My procedures will be a full TT, lipo of abdomen/flanks/lower back, implant removal and breast lift. I cringe at my pics but it was a good reality check

Day 3 post op
Humorous980103May 3, 2020
Just to give my perspective of the last three days:
Day of surgery was a blare. I just remember being very uncomfortable. I could not find a position that felt right trying to position was the absolute worse. Also, my right arm was in so much pain. I had a pain that radiated from my elbow to my hand. Everyone told me it was related to being in the same position for over 6 hours. The pain did not go away until the 2nd day. I was also making my self get up every hour which was excruciating but I knew it needed to be done. During this time I was taking 2 hydrocodone every four hours as the dr suggested.
Day 1 post op: as long as was sitting I felt ok but again just lifting myself from the recliner to stand and sitting back down hurt. I was making myself walk around the house and felt a whole of pressure. I also took a shower which went ok.
Day 2: pretty much like the previous day but lifting myself came with only minor discomfort. Taking 1 hydrocodone ever 4-6 hours,
I wanted to take pics while I was undressed for my shower but I could not seem to take the pics while holding the drains. I feel my boobs look good and feel comfortable with what I can make out of the rest of my body. However, I’m very swollen and bruised loud crazy.

can't wait to see pics!!! take things slow and careful....you will turn a major corner around day 5.....hang in there and if you need the meds, use them....easier to stay on top of it than try to catch up to it

I feel much better today. Still issues getting up which is to be expected. The other big issue is when I cough up and hurts beyond belief. However, I will be fine eventually. I included The only pic I can get but it’s a total mess. I have my post op appointment on Tuesday, May 5th. Hoping you get some better pics.
