Botched job still three years later
My rhinoplasty he did in the worst nose job. My nostrils are so high up I don't know if my doctor will be able to fix it. Having revision surgery on Thursday. The breast implants dr. Leyva placed in me have known complications. Had an mri, ultrasound, and biopsy done . I can't believe this surgeon did this to me

After surgery
The pictures after the surgery was over. I’m liking my boobs but I’m still swollen and need to go to the er. The post op care in tj really messed up my body and are going to affect my results. I need to be drained at a hospital. No plastic surgeon will touch me here in California. I might have an infection. I have major swelling all over my midsection. My baby daddy’s doctor and nurse friends are telling me to go ASAP to the hospital.I’m just really dreading going and telling them this happened in tj and I’m afraid they won’t help me either.

My nipple had an open wound and I’m still super swollen. The surgeon is amazing , I adore dr. Leyva but the recovery house really messed me up. Do the surgery but don’t stay at Baja premium
I still do not know if I have an infection but the recovery house never gave me my antibiotics or pain meds
Which recovery house did you stay at?
Do not go here.I loved this doctor and the original coordinator but now they’re asking me for more money for something I already paid for. I was tortured and my recovery is going horrible and I’ve had complication since day one but the new coordinator is now telling me I owe more money for something I already paid for in cash the day before my surgery. I’m trying to schedule my nose job but they’re telling me I owe money. When the doctor said he couldn’t perform the nose job with my other surgeries like he originally said the coordinator said it would not cost me more money or be more expensive, it would be the same price. After not being given my antibiotics, pain meds, food, water, sitting in my own urine, having my robe shoved in my mouth, yelled at by Mexicans, not being out in my faja or moved out of bed , to now try and charge be thousands extra? No I do not recommend Dr. leyva anymore
So the recovery house was recommended by this doctor ?
Yeah he said that he’s never has a problem with them before. After telling him and the coordinator what they did to me at the recovery house they tried defending them . It’s so messed up. I went to a doctor in California and he looked at my marks I received from the recovery house and said that I had blisters and cuts from the way they taped me and wrapped my wet skin. I have scars all over my back from this. I also wasn’t given and food/water, antibiotics:pain meds, helped to go to the bathroom . Nothing . I stayed at the quartz hotel when I had my nose done and it was ok. I didn’t need any assistance so being in the hotel alone was perfect. He did bitch my nose job though and my breasts are sagging already. Have a consultation next month to try and see what it’s going to cost to fix his decisions

The text I sent the coordinator the night before I left
They have taken my faja hostage haha
They offered to wash it here at 8am , it’s now 12 hours later and I still don’t have it. It’s definitely messing up my results between this place and baja. I’ve only had it on a total of 12 hours . Rosa has 3 or 4 little kids running around here, two sons, a nephew, and a daughter. One of the little boys was PULLING ON a patient’s drains from her tummy tuck. I literally can’t believe it. She was nice but I almost smacked him for her, after 5 minutes the dad or some relative got Rosa’s little grandson/nephew away from her and her drains. So this place is like visiting a friend’s family members house with a bunch of relatives living here. Haha Gotta love tj. There’re family members going in and out and Rosa’s daughter doesn’t really answer her texts. Tried to eat dinner but it was cold shrimp and after one bite I threw up so I went upstairs to my room then proceeded to text and ask for 4 hours if I could please have my faja. They bring you food and they leave the pain medicine on your bedside table but no help with getting the faja, getting up. She keeps telling me every patient always leaves her a nice gift or big tip. This house is good for just a place to stay and get food(if you aren’t picky and eat octopus, squid, etc) . Also random people coming in and out of garage, random rooms, backyard, and different relatives drive you around it’s weird.
This place isn’t professional , it like a family home. Where everyone lives and patients co exist. Baby crying and kids running around and eating next to you at the table. Very weird
Just barely got my faja from Rosa 8:57pm Saturday night.
She was busy talking to her family and her
Daughter and the relatives were busy getting ready to go drinking haha I quit . Final update this is like a bed and breakfast in tj but with only 3-5 patients and the rest of the house filled with family. Oh and is she supposed to be monitoring my medicine or do I just take it myself? Well I haven’t had my antibiotic since Friday night so I decided to take it this morning (Sunday 6:36) the only time she actually gave me medicine was the first night I was here then her daughter gave me pain medicine in the morning but haven’t been given any of my other pills. Should I be worried about infection? I’m just going to follow the post op medicine myself
. my faja was still wet when she put it on wrong last night and she put it on wrong so I woke up with this weird rash. Been on my own since 9pm. She’s very scattered brained, dangerous driver, and her main focus is her family staying here not her patients. Every patient had their partner here so Rosa doesn’t need to do much. So if you’re coming alone I wouldn’t recommend. The masseuse I’ve been seeing since Friday is amazing though. 10:53 am Sunday and I was served breakfast. Went a whole day without eating(I’m not including the bite of cold shrimp that made me sick last night. I’m hiding in my room until the masseuse comes. I would ask her to help with my faja but I need to shower before and I know she can’t wait around for that.
For my nose job I’ll book a hotel close by the hospital and if it’s ok with the doctor I’ll leave after the procedure if he says I’m good to go . He’s so amazing and talented I appreciate everything he’s done but tj recovery homes and “nurses” aren’t for me. I like routine, cleanliness, and doctor orders followed. I’m ocd when it comes to following post op care and the ball was definitely dropped. If I could of put my faja on by myself or got up and made my own food, got my medicine , etc I would of but until yesterday/today I couldn’t do anything by myself.
You guys have been amazing and I appreciate you guys so much. Can’t wait to see you before I leave tomorrow thank you

Any update with your recovery? Did you get an infection? Please give me details since I am scheduled for surgery with him later this month.
Thanks
